Removed] and his solutions are for us to either pay him more money to buy materials, as he has mismanaged the money we have already paid him, or wait until October when he believes he will get more work. Very dissapointed – This man took us too like everyone else. We took him.to court and he showed up once promising that when his insurance come in for his injury he will pay me back for work not completed. There is nothing we can do about him as he has nothing worth taking. It is disappointing that he gets away with this. There should be some assurance that covers the likes of us. So we don't get scammed or screwed over. Very dissapointed

SCAM, DO NOT TRUST. Do not pay any money to this business. Will not do the works, will disappear – [Name Removed] will charge for deposit then will disappear. In November 2022 he attended a visit and then pumped the water out and braced my empty pool, then charged me for deposit to go and buy the fibreglass and paint. After I paid 30% deposit, he ignored all calls and emails and did not show up when he had promised. Do Not trust [Name Removed]. Dishonest and Scam. Show details
Poor quality work. Awful communication. AVOID – This company is one to avoid. After $8000 and over a year of promises to rectify issues I’m left with a poor finish which STILL requires work to fix. The steps have clouded over, the finish is wearing through already and there are sharp bits protruding into the pool. Show details

probably has not done more that a weeks work here, left a mess. The job started in Late June 2021 , not done not finished . And will not refund my money! Avoid him ! He lies!

messages and phone calls he said tomorrow since 20/10/20 but until today he hasn't turned up. Until so many headaches and hustles we asking if he'd refund our money but he refused and promised to started just 3 days before Christmas, then before he started again he asked another 30% so paid him another 3K then full payment, he started the work eventually then left our pool empty & being baked under the sun then promised to come back to complete the pool the very next day as they haven't installed the light, replace the skimmer box and finishing the edge apart from repaint) but didn't turn up, only 2 days after he resurfaced our pool started cracking and found out there's no fiberglass underneath the coat, we called him many times, emails and many sms/messenger messages as usual he said "I'm coming tomorrow" then committed to redo & install the fiberglass on 05/01/21 however until today Feb 21 he hasn't turned up and never ever responded our calls/messages/emails.
Don't trust fake 5* reviews on their website as they asked their families & friends to give them 5* meanwhile we're real customers but our review didn't come up. I can prove all my transfers, photos, invoices & correspondences that I'm real customer.
