died too, same problem. Wahl replaced the product but after 3 weeks of use it died again!!! I went back to where I bought it wanting my money back but Wahl informed them and myself that they do not give refunds even for faulty products! I explained that this was the 3rd straightener in a year and a half but they refused a refund. The customer service I received eas absolutely terrible! There is no way I would but one of these products again and would not recommend it to anyone else unless you can afford to buy a new one every 3 weeks. Unacceptable!

Excellent – best hair straightner. simple and easy to use. doesnt take long at all. makes hair very straight or curly if wanted. best hair straghtner. only $80 (australia) and not only can you straighten your hair, but its so easy to curl it or wave it. takes me 5minutes to straighten my whole hair. it comes in pink and black. cant change the temperature. but i think its the best temperature. doesnt burn hair.

Bad – After using a GHD straightner, I will never use this one on my hair again. Better off paying the extra and getting a GHD. Small Handle is great for small hands the plates warped after 4 uses. Makes my thick, curly hair straight, but still frizzy and dries out your hair terribly.
