The after sales service for this product is terrible. I have been waiting 6 days for an answer to a technical question for a customer who cant charge their car. Tech support is non existant and convoluted through Bots or AI. As a qualified electrician specialising in Solar, Batteries, EV car chargers. Do not buy, as after sales support does not exist after you have been sold the product. 6 days waiting for a response when someone cant charge a car is not good enough. No tech support in Australia and totally Bot/AI based. Stay away
