Easy to contact. Great service – I was very pleased with the service I received from Wallpapershop, and the detail of information on their online store. As I browsed their wallpaper selection online, I noticed that some listings had a notification of stock that is held in their Australian stores. The wallpaper I choose was listed as being in stock in Brisbane, so I gave them a call. They were easy to contact and I was able to confirm that my choice of wallpaper was in stock. For convenience, I made my purchase through their online store, from which time I received a succession of emails that confirmed my purchase (tax invoice included) and then the status of my order in relation to having it processed and sent to me by courier. I live in NSW, and it only took 3 business days for me to receive my order. The wallpaper was packaged well as to avoid damage during transit. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase, and the service I received.

Scummers and time wasters – They took my personal details and full payment then nothing was coming for 3 weeks. When I asked where is my item they said they haven't even sent it because I haven't supplied phone number. I'm fed up with phone scummers and value my privacy, I said I won't supply it, no need to do it to buy roll of paper. With no apology they had cancelled my order and refunded money. 3 and half weeks wasted. Rubbish.
