Worry free buying and selling – I had used Walsh Conveyancing on a previous occasion and found them to be efficient, professional and easy to contact and receive a comprehensive response. When I needed to sell a property, I contacted them and once again they acted in the same exemplary manner. On both occasions the buying and selling of property was worry-free.

I'd usu them again – I sold my house last year and Walsh Conveyancing acted on my behalf. I did not have a moment's worry throughout the whole experience. Everything was taken care of without any fuss. I'd certainly recommend them without hesitation.

Wonderful company – Having to sell, buy and then settle on the same day could have been a nightmare but for the efficient work done by the team at Walsh Conveyancing. They had a challenging task to deal with 'one' of the big banks re settlement the date/times and their professionalism shone through during the period. land title back to me via a secure courier I am not travelling 6 hours to pick it up you deliberately caused this problem. Putting an illegal caveat on my property without notice and only removed when I had applied to VCAT and advice from Consumer Affairs advising this was illegal action on [name removed] part

May 26th 2018 Update: 3.5 Years will not return my title

Keeps making up lies and refuses to return my land title. It has been 3.5 years nothing but lies and abuse. This unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable I have used your service 3 times but nothing but disappointment. Return my property now

Dear Frustrated – Unfortunately your information is incorrect. Two sides to each story and due to confidentiality the public will only hear your view. I am not prepared to assist a client taking advantage of a situation shes not entitled too. No wonder you are not happy with my services. Very disappointed!!

Not up to date with current information – I was advised by owner that after I had completed the build of my house and land package that I was eligible for a stamp duty refund. not fall within the guidelines and I am expected to pay for this. I tried on numerous occasions to speak to the owner who refused to adjust the bill or even speak to me in a professional manner. I was insulted and treated very poorly especially since I had given them 3 different properties to handle. I then received a notice in the mail that the owner had put a caveat on my home. This is so unsatisfactory. I am happy to pay for what everyone expects a professional job and up to date knowledge. Otherwise I would go to the baker next door and pay him for the same quality information. Not recommended at all to deal with this firm.

Professional, Hassle Free Settlement – We engaged this company on the advice of our real estate agent, and were not disappointed. Having moved from interstate, it was a settlement largely conducted via email and phone, with cheques being handed over the day before settlement. The girls in the office were extremely professional and really knew their stuff! I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. Professional, cost was reasonable, expedient.
