I purchased a jacket 22 November 2025 and have tried to email Walter Jackets six times through two emails listed and their contact page. The product is meant to be received within 20-28 days and I am now moving but they refuse to respond to provide me with an update or let me change my postal address. The level of service is very very poor and I am left so defying if this is a scam, again noting they have no social media presence.

 Follow-up  · Still no jacket and no communication after two months. They took my money and ran
