I don't recommend this store – I wish I had found this page prior to ordering. They seem to sell products they don't have in stock. Ordering express shipping doesn't speed up the process because they still need to wait to receive the product to send out. It's now beyond the timeframe stated above by the company and I haven't been contacted or provided any shipping information. We required this item within a reasonable express timeframe. I've requested a full refund as their product has not met our needs. ____________________ Update: We received a full refund, however it hadn't been actioned within the timeframe they advised me (1-2 days). The delay prompted a new thread of emails, which contained admin errors on their part.

Useless – Say will ship in 1-2 days. First item I order took over a month to provide tracking number with over 15 email threads. The watch they sent me was broken on arrival. 4 weeks later, the watch still hasn’t arrived! I sent them an email asking when I can expect to receive and they STILL hadn’t posted it!! But would now post in express mail. I immediately asked for a refund - they clearly hadn’t already posted it so I think a refund was well and truely warranted. The next day they responded declining a refund saying they were in the process of posting the watch and as an apology, they given me a 10% discount for my next order…. Like hell I’ll be ordering from them again!!

Scam, Please beware – This website is not legitimate! Buyers beware, they will take your money and ghost you through any means of their communication. Emailed several times and talked to their supposed "customer support team" which lead nowhere. Even tried calling their phone number multiple times but was never answered. Do not spend your hard earned money here.
