Called in for lunch a few days ago came accross (Rebecca) her Attitude was excellent So Helpful My Wife was unsure of which wine She Wanted Rebecca explained the differences like a true professonal her Knowlege was Excellent Thank you very Much Rebecca we will be Back! You are a star

Steak with Mates after a walk. From the 6 of us 3 received Under cooked rump steaks. The steaks were returned. The kitchen simply placed the steaks back on the grill with weights on top in an effort to speed the cooking process. This forces all the juices / flavour out and leaves the steak charred and dry. I dare not send it back a 2nd time. 2 other steaks were under cooked and remedied exactly the same way. Show details

Urinated carpet, filthy room with no working Aircon – The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Room 16 was disgusting. See the posted pictures. Moved to Room 7 and it was obvious that someone had urinated on the carpet, some time ago and it had not been cleaned. The stench was terrible. hotel manager accused me of being mentally ill and of course absolutely no refund when I did check out. For your own health and safety, do not stay at this hotel or eat at its restaurants. No resolution from Queensland Consumer Rights Complaints - they cannot make a trader make restitution.

Possibly the worst hotel accommodation we have ever experienced – we booked a family room in the hotel for a Saturday night. Arrived around 3pm to check in before going to wedding. No one at the restaurant (which is where we were told to go when I called at mid-day to confirm everything) knew how to check in so they called the manager. wedding in time. Told staff when we would be back. Got there around 8-40 pm and got the manager. Showed us to a room which was not the room we booked. Three of us - one bed. He found another one (I'd say the one we booked). The room was stifling hot and smelly. We couldn't get the air con to work. Manager came back with someone else and eventually worked out how to turn it on. The veranda outside the room was littered with junk, including discarded electric frying pan, old boxes, cigarette butts, paper, broken chairs. Blinds could not raised. The room has very little - not a single chair in a twin room. Three beds. Little washstand where the faucet fell over when the tap was turned on. The showers out and down the hall are 'dual'. Meaning both men and women going into the same room. Entirely inappropriate and could not let our 12-year-old granddaughter go on her own. In fact she refused to shower after seeing them. We have been to a lot of 'country pubs' with shared facilities and most are OK. This is Not. No maintenance, no care it seems. This is Wynnum, a suburb of Brisbane, and the accommodation is a joke - $164 for the privilege. Think twice before booking.
