a couple of months now and not only does the product smell amazing and leaves my hair fresher and cleaner than any previous products, but the hair loss (hairfall) has drastically reduced. It's not zero hair loss (and apparently some hair loss is normal anyway) but I would say it's reduced to about 5-10% of what it was. I will definitely keep purchasing and using Watermans shampoo & conditioner (I have a monthly subscription). I have also just ordered a bottle of the leave-in serum and will see how that goes. Watermans is not a cheap product but it's definitely real nourishment for the hair and scalp and I can certainly see the difference not only in substantially reduced hair loss, but in how my hair looks and feels.

this one you have to order online and that's where the problems start. The website said 3 to 5 business days delivery. I ordered 18 days ago, or 13 business days, and I still haven't received my product. So not particularly impressed with the product, but even more unimpressed with the ridiculous delivery time. I'll be buying my product from the shops next time.

Not that good – Brought it for my super fine slow growing daughter's hair with the promise/hope it would work like magic. Was really hoping it would help. hair for a fortnight and same thing (fine hair). It maybe better for thicker hair but it stripped every single ounce of oil out of my hair. Not good.

I'm sorry I cannot give it a good review. Based on the tangling effect, and the no extra growth.

Quoted postage time – I first ordered a Watermans product in July 2021. Their website says delivery is "3 to 5 business days". It took 12 business days for the product to be delivered, (or 18 days total). I contacted Watermans for an explanation. They lodged an investigation with Australia Post, and that's the last I heard of it. Fast forward to December and again… Read more

I'm left waiting for my product. Waterman were still quoting 3 to 5 business days.

So, not having received my order in the quoted delivery time, I contacted them and again got the same spiel as they gave me last time... almost verbatim as if they've got a pre-prepared response ready to go. They said they would lodge an investigation with Australia Post. But here's the thing, Australia Post's quoted delivery times are 6 to 8 business days. So where do Watermans get 3 to 5 business days from? It's misleading and deceptive. First world problems I know, but if you quote a delivery time, it had better be reasonably accurate.

It's now been 8 business days and there's no sign of my product that was supposed to arrive last week (according to Watermans). I know this is a busy time of year for postage, but if my July order took 18 days to arrive, how much longer am I going to have to wait for it to arrive in December?

As for the actual product, well not surprisingly you have to wait "3 months to see any real difference", which means having to re-order from them. Fool me once shame on you.....

I don't see any changes having used the product to date, but I won't be ordering from them again anyway, I just don't want to have to wait that long!

It's a "no" from me to both Australia Post and Watermans.
