Worked well until it didn't. The ceramic filter of Bio 500 grew algae in spite of religious cleaning. Customer service refuses to replace and denied the lifetime warranty by giving the reason that this isn't covered. Very disappointed after paying through the nose for what could've been a great product.

nowhere near the advertised 7 litres – the ceramic filter takes up most of the space, leaving just a few litres of usable water. We’re constantly refilling it. - The pre-filter doesn’t stay in place, meaning it has floated freely from day one. This likely means the other filters have been compromised from the beginning and won’t last as long as they should.
I’ve emailed the company four times, and despite only receiving one generic response offering a replacement tap, none of the real issues have been addressed. The unit has never worked properly, and they’ve made no effort to offer a fair resolution.
I also want to point out that the reviews on Waters Co’s own website are clearly filtered, screened, or even manipulated, because they paint a completely different picture from the reviews you’ll find here and elsewhere. It feels dishonest and scammy.
I truly wish I had stuck with my Zazen filter, which never gave me these problems. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone.

Buyer beware – The product worked fine but after 2 months the water became murky. I contacted the company and got the run around so I replaced the top filter and the product worked again. Notice in photos no accountability and no care about putting a customer (during a hard time of inflation) out another 1000 dollars and couldn’t even give me an update of when a product that they make everyday will be available. Water co is a real good companie! – I have ordered a water filter jug and it came within 10 days or so, and it’s amazing! So happy to get it. I red these bad reviews saying the company is a scam, so I went to chat page and abused them so badly, but they seemed really nice and the product came in good time if and it is great. Genuine quality – This is a top notch product. For real. I've got two. To me the water is best taste ever. Bit slow to filter, but that's necessary and to be expected. But my body feels it adds a lot of good stuff to it. My only gripe is the width of it makes it tough to carry around or slot into bag or car drink holders. So a bit cumbersome. BUT if you want a quality product and you're committed to quality water, this is it. (Napier, NZ)
Atrocious customer service – I made a purchase a purchase on line. They took payment, then emailed later saying "the system detected medium level fraud" and they would not make the delivery. I called my bank. They said there is nothing wrong with my card. They had the nerve to ask me to make an alternative payment despite not reversing the payment. There is no phone service.… Read more
The online customer service have no jurisdiction, so chatting to them is a waste of time. I requested callbacks. They never called. Then they send an email saying my money will be refunded (up to 10 days). If there is fraud, it's carried out by Waters Co.
I also note that I made the same review on their website, which has mysteriously not appeared. I have never criticised their products or tried to get anything for free. I simply requested that they process my order after taking my money and they did not do this, nor did they communicate with me. I notice on similar reviews here that they always claim to call back. They never did.

filter water rather than drinking from tap water. I would not recommend as last time I cleaned unit I could not get the 2 tap spacers back on, only 1 would fit. My daughter has a filter & hers is also not working properly. Perhaps this is why they no longer have the advertised 24/7 service

Getting information – I am yet to purchase from this company but what I can report is that after a few days I received a VERY thorough response to all 16 of my questions! I even got a phone call to make sure I had received all the information I needed. The company has very detailed information on their website. Water Man mini is a great idea but is not water tight – This water filter bottle is great, except that it does not fit into a drink holder and that you can never put it in a bag or lay it down as it leaks through the mouth piece. (I took my first one back only to receive another one that leaks). This is so frustrating, especially when spending so much on it!

extremely portable due to it's size (Although as others say it is not as small as you think from the picture), filters the water relatively quickly, and most importantly produces great tasting water that doesn't give you a gut ache. If you're going on a holiday and unsure of the type of water you are going to have available at all times, I would definitely recommend this one. I don't travel without it.

I purchased this product as a way to ensure that I had drinkable water no matter where I was working. The Waterman is small, and easily fits in my bag. It is quick to filter and the water tastes fantastic. A lot of my clients have enquired about my 'cute little water bottle', and after tasting the water, most have gone and bought one for themselves. When I bought it, I did think that the filling system was little clumsy, but after nearly two years of ownership, I still haven't spilt a drop.
Excellent – Fantastic concept. I feel great drinking fresh, clean water. It's affordable and much better for my family's health. I love it The taste of the water is what struck me first. I cannot drink normal tap water anymore. I feel healthier drinking this water with the added minerals and it just has a much cleaner, fresher taste. A little slow to pour water out of spout.

mineral water by just filling mine up, and it is very economical to maintain. I would like for the supplyer to supply the carry on harness, so we could put it over the shoulder when walking around. The size and the shape of the bottle could be slimmer in order to fit it into the bottle compartment in the car.
