8 April 2025, the installers, who were very helpful, discovered not enough brackets had been ordered to install our shade product. We have now paid $11k to Watson's and still do not have our product installed, nor any communication from Watson's as to when this will be completed. We could not and would not, recommend Watson's. Despite having the same family name, I am not related in any way to this company. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of service and communication from Watson as we chose a local company to provide this product. We have abided by the contract obligations required by Watson - they have not . They had the use of our $5.5k deposit since November and now have the final payment of $5.5k and we still do not have our product installed. We do not want placating apologies, just our product installed and an end to this saga. John and Margaret Kril

Great service people from Watson Blinds & Awnings Wollongong, did a great job on our new home – We were impressed with Ben and his partner Ben, who installed our awnings on our Alfresco area, they are from the Watson Blinds & Awnings store in Wollongong. issues we were concerned about with Management, soon that was sorted and our concerns were far behind us, especially after dealing with good service people from Watson Blinds & Awnings Wollongong. This is first organisation we are happy with in our new area, as communication ended up being extremely good. Thank you and we are sorry we were concerned in the beginnning, we understood there was management issue as someone resigned. All is good now and we would highly recommend this company and Ben and Ben the installers, top marks to you both. We hope the company realises what good installers you young men are. Thank you for good work.

Get quotes elsewhere – Whilst we had a great experience with the sales staff and ordering stage, nothing afterwards went well. We were told 3 weeks for our curtains and sheers to be made, that was a lie. Then when they finally did show up weeks later, minus the sheers which still weren't ready, they were too long in one bedroom so those ones had to be sent back. 2 weeks… Read more

later they were due to be delivered and they lost the delivery for the redone curtains and all the sheers. Sorry, they will need to be remade. this is now months after the original order date. When they finally showed up they had made the same bedroom wrong again! by this point i was over it. they tell me they'll be sent back to be made shorted again, it will be one week. i rang the following week and they tell me no sorry we have a big commercial order that has taken priority. I made a fuss and got them to have them ready, but i shouldn't of had to as the area manager was already supposed to be helping. Clearly they don't care about the small orders or promises they make. I will never consider using them again after this experience

Terrible experience. Would never use them again – Put down a deposit in January and was told it would be six weeks, ending up being 5 months before all of my shutters were fully installed. One of the shutters turned up 100mm too short and had to be re-ordered. take responsibility or offer me any sort of discount for my trouble. In my experience, they want money up front and then disown any dramas. I would not recommend them to anyone who seeks accountability in their dealings with businesses.
