done. Never heard from them again!! Feel a bit silly and should have followed it up as we felt scammed paying the fee and nothing done. However life gets busy and we didnt. Fastforward a couple of years tried to make contact without much success said theyd get back never did after few attempts. Used someone else who was recommended by our electrician who was fantastic. Kept us updated as to his arrival time the 2 times he attended and did an excellent job. He couldnt believe how bad the install was and pointed things out to us and showed us how it should be. Never looked right but trusted Wattle Grove installed correctly. Has just cost a lot to have the incorrect install corrected that wattle grove installed and the services done to that and our other aircon. Working a lot better now although apparently our much much older Lg aircon is a lot better than our actron installed by wattle grove. I dont usually do negative reviews but sick of shonky workmanship and customer service.

A disaster – A shonky installation, disregarding the existing fire regulations, plus damaged ceiling. To make matters worse, the installation does not function as promised. Likely unqualified, certainly incompetent labour used. Avoid at all cost

Worst ever – Wattle Grove Air provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were supposed to start from 7-7:30 AM, I received a call about 7:30 AM and was told they are running about an hour late because someone called in sick. But they turned up just before 10 AM. unit, we stopped them and requested to setup the external unit to another place instead which was just few meters away from that location. The total time they spent on that was under 3 minutes but after our request, they stopped working completely and started making calls to [name removed] as they see it as an opportunity to make more money from us. They wasted about an hour more and then they said it will cost us $600 extra for the “relocation” and they would not resume working until we agree to pay. So, in total since morning they wasted over 3 hrs of our time which had no value for them, but their 3 mins is apparently worth $600 Workwise as well, they left some rubbish (old wiring) at the front of the house, I still have not cleaned it. I also noticed multiple screws in the driveway which narrowly missed the tyres of my car. So they are just a bunch of money minded amateurs and have no value for customer service. I had slightly cheaper quotation from other installers, but I still went with them because they were authorized installers for Actron Air. I guess this is the price we pay to support local Australian product!! Now I do not want them back in my house ever, so I am not sure how I am getting after sales support and service. The unit is already making squealing noise from day 1. I have contacted Actron Air about this and waiting to hear back from them. If anyone wants to verify anything I have written above, please feel free to contact me and I am happy to provide you CCTV video footage, the invoice from them and the email trail where [name removed] has warned me not to post the video on social media else he will take legal action against me!!! Do yourself a favour, stay away from these leeches. There are better and cheaper installers around.

Terrible installation, doesn't work as promised ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS – The owner/manager was engaged to replace an older existing system. of the vents took even longer. It still doesn't cool upstairs reasonably! No "electrical Safety Certificate" was supplied (even thou requested). The whole install was shoddy. Had another more local company inspect they found even more issues than we had even known existed. The system was poorly installed and dangerous. Shame Wattle Grove Air SHAME

Wattle Grove Air Professionalism – Excellent Service, followed up a warranty concern within 24 hours Service Team member on site and diagnosed problem and within next 24 hours on site and replaced faulty part. Very professional Company with efficient Team Leader and Service Team..

A waste of time & money – 2 men arrived checked the air conditioner told me the what was wrong with it said they didn't have the part needed fix it & left. It cost me $180 & my air conditioner still isn't working.

Great Product Great Service On Time! – This company was recommended by Actron Air as a preferred Installer. Turned out to be a good choice.., Professional sales presentation by Company principal followed up by a professional, prompt and on time installation by the Wattle Grove Team. Actron unit proved to be a good choice also as our power bills have had a 20% reduction since the upgrade of our aircon system.

Very professional and knowledgeable – I was quoted an Actron top of the range unit for a large house. The quoting process was straight froward and quick. The owner, Dean, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me in recommending the right unit and explaining the main features and advantages of the same.
