Watts Clever

WiFi controlled socket - App not being updated for IOS 14.6 so useless after 5 yrs – I use the Watts Clever WiFi controlled 240v socket on some equipment in the roof space. I bought two of these units in 2016 for $40ea. During one of the IOS 14 updates, the app stopped working apparently because it needed developer attention. As of IOS 14.6 the app disappeared from my iPad altogether. I checked with Watts Clever and they (Belinda) reported via an admin person Kerry (who was very helpful) they weren’t going to update the app rendering their prime function useless.

So these two units are now destined for the bin - thanks Watts Clever. Hope your other products are supported better,

Excellent Service – I had a problem with my Wireless Energy Monitor just 3 weeks after it was installed and the replacement that was sent was lost in the Christmas mail .... After contacting Watts Clever, I was sent another unit and it is now connected and working fine. Thank you, Watts Clever, for your prompt and efficient resolution of my problem.
