Best BBQ and customer service ever – The Weber 3600AU built in bbq is hands down the best bbq I have ever had. It cooks perfectly, is easy to clean, looks fantastic and is just perfectly built. I couldn’t ask for a better product. It leaves me wanting for nothing in a bbq. Regarding their service , I had a few small issues a few months after purchase regarding the grill plate and the igniter. After speaking to their awesome customer service team (in Australia) , I came away knowing they listened to me and would actually fix the problems. The next day, the items were at my door. Incredible......... I was astonished. Why don’t Weber own the bbq market? I’ve owned a couple Weber bbq’s and I wouldn’t buy another bbq brand ever. Please...... don’t buy the cheap bbq’s from the large warehouses, cause not long after purchase you will be disappointed... that’s just the beginning. Lol. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know and Weber will always have a customer in me.
