Good courteous service, good prices and deserves your custom – I did my research on the appliances I wanted and sent an email to Webprice to get a quote. Was very happy with pricing and service. Was even told of an impending price rise and how to maintain the price even tho it was a bit early for my timelines for installation. This was to maximise my waranty period and to keep the initial price.

consignment number was for my order "Sorry, we forgot to tell the warehouse to send it", was the response. I was told it would now be sent that afternoon and I would receive a consignment number that afternoon...which didn't happen. I again had to chase them for confirmation the order had been sent. The order was finally delivered almost two weeks after my order, however their courier company did not call before delivery as promised. I was happy with their prices but the service was not very good, I gave them a go but would not buy from them again. Low prices Poor service

Excellent Respnse – I spoke to [name removed] about 4.55pm one evening to order a fridge as Webprice had the best price by far.He told me he would phone straight away to see if it was available. Webprice were at least 15% cheaper than the next best websites and about 30% better than JB Hi Fi, Harvey Norman etc, I thought that it must have been a mistake but it all checked out. currently in stock I received a personal call advising this and that it was expected later that day and that my account would not be debited until it arrived. True to their word, I received a call 3 hours later to confirm stock had arrived and that it was ready for delivery. In all cases the delivery person called to arrange delivery when they said they would, and arrived when they said they would. On top of that they even helped me remove the old device. The store and delivery guys went above and beyond, which is extremely rare these days. You cannot ask for better service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.. Easy to use website. Reliable.
