Watch they do the foundation right – While the house and workmanship was good, my problem is I believe faulty foundations on bay bisque soil. The single storey house is a large house and only approx eight years old. It is cracking badly and has a slope inside. Weeks tell us it is due to leakage from the rainwater tank connected for the toilet. I cannot believe that this caused all this damage. We now have to pay to have underpinning done. My advise is get the builder to do your storm water and paving then they have no excuse to blame the problem on other things. Warranties are worthless.

Flexible design, quick, and great quality – I decided to use Supaloc combined with the Thermaloc system with Hebel beacuse I believe it is more innovative, progressive, and has better thermal and accoustic properties than convential timber frame construction. Its very quite, very stong, very straight and square, no worry about white ants, and no creeking! The framing with the Thermaloc already in place arrived on site prefabricated and was up the next day. Build time was 4.5 months which is impressive considering the house is not small - 4 bdr, study, 2 living areas, double garage, alfresco. Good service and process, good range at selections, well priced, flexibile with using some own trades. Clean site.
