Awful stuff avoid!! – Tried this product for the first time yesterday, what a disappointment! Left my hair in a huge matte of knots and if that wasn't bad enough after letting my hair dry naturally found the product has bleached the majority of my hair along with leaving it so dry and damaged! 6 years of growing my hair all natural down the drain with 1 wash thanks to… Read more

Stops working – For while using the product it worked really well with the soft silky feel and the nice smell that's not too strong, i thought it was almost the best supermarket brand I've used before but after a month or so i noticed it begin to change and just not work so well anymore, I find most brands do this but was really disappointed with this one, however it did last longer than some other brands I used so that is a plus I guess.

Dries out hair and completely changes it's texture! – This smells divinely of pears and vanilla, and I had purchased both the shampoo and conditioner in the "Repair" range. I have curly hair, and at first, there were no problems as I thought the slippery textured conditioner was really nourishing my hair and helping me grow it. However, what I found was that within months, my hair had become flat,… Read more

'airy' - losing its fullness, meaning it felt very thin, baby fine, static, separated and wispy. My hair had also become dull, no shine to it and a colour change to a dark shadow on what was previously chestnut coloured, bouncy, shiny long curly hair. I had to cut it, changed products, but unfortunately then had to cut it again. Can be used to hand wash your woollen jumpers, etc, leaving them soft and smelling nice.

MUST AVOID – This was purchased when my family and I went on a trip to the beach. I brought my own John Frieda Full Repair shampoo and conditioner, but this was purchased for general family use. After giving the Repair/Volumising shampoo & conditioner a use, just as trial, my family members and I all later agreed that our hair felt positively parched yet… Read more

coated. It was almost like the shampoo had sucked all the moisture out of our hair before achieving this horrible tacky, squeaky coating via the conditioner. I obviously used my John Frieda products the rest of the trip, and it reverted to its nice, soft, flowing nature so the sea water/hard tap water was not the culprit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, and spend the same amount on a brand like TRESemmé or Herbal Essences which offers a much better product for your buck. Nothing. Everything; bad product in everyway, even worse is how much you get for the price; you feel even guiltier throwing it away. The only possible redeeming features is the pump-style packaging.

Good – This product makes my hair feel really soft, not much i can say bad about it. though it is made by the same people that make pantene (P&G), so what i did notice is that smells like pantene alot. it probably is pantene in a different bottle lol. but oh well, it is a pretty good product. Leaves hair feeling soft
