The worst customer service ever – Hands down the rudest staff and least helpful or informative crew I've ever experienced. Seriously sick of these guys. They make you feel like you're in their way simply by buying their products. Try to call them on the phone and 9/10 times you won't get the answer and you'll be hung up on.

Rude staff member – I spoke to an elderly staff member (white hair and about 4' 10" high), and he was extremely rude. Ended up saying "What are you trying to say" in a derogatory manner. Warranty on products – Took a Gerber multi tool in there several months ago to get a replacement cutter for the wire cutters (it fell off, never used), didn't have one, don't stock them was the answer. anyway, piece of junk. This time when I rang, yes we do offer warranty but you will need a receipt, that's normal. Bloke wasn't particularly helpful actually bordering being a rude fellow. I have spent a large amount of money in there over the years, will I be spending any more. No.

Worst Service In Perth – Terrible, rude and aggressive customer service which they corrected me to identify that it was perfunctory (that is without care, interest or effort). The service here is vile, most review sites are filled with complaints. I purchased from these guys online, they got my order wrong then had the hide to have a go at me!!! Avoid this shop!

Top Shop – I can remember the Wellington Surplus store as far back as my childhood when my brother would take me into Perth to see a movie in the 80's. and the reason for that is no crap, just good quality service. Every time I have ordered from them the delivery has been fast, with absolutely no hassles. If you are in the market for surplus gear, look no further than Wellington Surplus. Highly recommend them.

Great service – They had run out of the backpack I ordered online so they called me and offered any other bag - of higher value if I wanted - but for the same price. It's only taken three days to arrive to Sydney from Perth which is great. Excellent value and customer service, would shop with them again.

couple of pairs and they were a very reasonable price (about $20 less than I had seen elsewhere), the postage was VERY reasonable ($7.50 I recall, and I had added a couple of other pairs of work pants) and the jeans arrived in a couple of days, which is almost unheard of with mail order stuff to where I live.

Very happy with product, price, service and availability. Have bookmarked their site for the next time I need good solid man clothes :) Reasonable price, fast postage
