Wembly cycles what a fantastic cycle store. I am always amazed with the high level of service I get, honestly could not ask for a more friendly, efficient and professional customer service from each of the great staff members, they all always exceed my expectations. Well done and thank you all very much.

Do not recommend this shop! – Do not recommend this store. Took a specialized bike in for service here. Paid for the most expensive service for the bike and then additional service for the shocks What I got back was a bike with rear shock that now doesn't go into its positions at all and is going to need replacement, 3x completely shaved out Allen key bolts, a loose rear main wheel bolt, also didn't even clean it! Furthermore would have expected for 600 dollars they would have at least set the pressures for the shocks and tires for the ride but apparently not.

Contacted the store owner to try resolve and send through 20+ photos and videos with clear evidence of a terrible job and he was absolutely rude and not accepting of the fault of Wembley cycles, After much back and forth offered to repay fifty dollars for the de-greaser they didn't use on the cleaning they didn't do.

Have applied to magistrates small claims to have this matter resolved

Disappointing – Really disappointing experience with Wembley Cycles. On the positive front, their staff seem like nice people and genuinely want to help. On the flipside, their attention to detail is lacking meaning things are missed and ineffectively communicated. Over a 20 month period my experience included; - Denied a refund during warranty period despite multiple mechanical problems with the bike.

- Items broken when in for servicing (bottle cages x2). Disc breaks reported as "Contaminated" despite being fine when I dropped the bike off. Quoted for new break pads but charged for new pads and discs as a "standard practice".

- No under cover storage. Bikes sit in the rain when left for servicing.

- Workshop disorganised. Agree an action with one person but completely different outcome when someone else calls / you arrive to pick up your bike.

- Below average communication skills, told "We will call you when its ready" but days later receive a phone call asking why you haven't been to pick up your bike.

Despite having over 12 months free servicing remaining on my bike I won't be bothering taking them up on the offer.
