Fantastic products and service – I love the foogo thermos drink bottle range, despite them being at the pricer end of the drink bottle market. One bottle has lasted 7 years and it still looks new. The problem is that the silicon mouth pieces and straws get shabby after a while and need to be replaced. After struggling to find the replacement's, I found Wendy's website which seemed to supply them at a reasonable price. I placed an order using paypal and received the 4 mouth pieces within days. Unfortunately, they were the wrong one's so I contacted Wendy to try to resolve the issue. She answered the call the first time I called and sorted out the problem immediately. She was so professional and friendly. I posted the wrong mouth pieces back and again, within days received the correct ones. To top off the fantastic service and products (you should check out all of her other wonderful items), today I received a refund for the postage I paid to return the wrong mouth pieces. WOW!
