Replacement parts – I wish to purchase replacement disks for the machine, where can I get them, there is no facility to do so without buying a new cleaner. Is there another site?

Absolute rubbish and won't do what they say it will – This is an absolute scam of a product, will work just as good as a mop on tiles but not suitable for timber. It won't even rub out a scuff mark. It is small, light and useless. You are better off handing over 100 dollars to a homeless person. Any positive review will come from people using it with tiles.

small - like a toy. It does not have the size, weight or ability to do the job. We have contacted the company who have advised that there is "no refund for change of mind". Currently pursuing other avenues including the ACCC. For a company that boasts that "Our great customer service is what sets us apart from our competitors in the market" this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience. Don't waste your time and money like we have.

Absolute Rubbish – Purchased machine online and so disappointed. Flimsy, lightweight machine that had absolutely no effect on our wood floors. I am particularly fussy and don't mind putting effort into keeping my home looking good, this was a total waste of money. My advise would be to spend a little more to get something that works. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Cheap, flimsy rubbish.

Terrible product – I have had one of these for about two and a half years now. But the worst thing about it is the noise of the motor. It has a very loud high pitch wine and i would advise wearing ear protection to avoid damage to your ears.

I am honestly surprised that this product is allowed to be sold in Australia for this reason alone.

Needless to say it is made in China although the company name would suggest Germany as per the vacuum cleaner company of a similar name.

Domestic floor polisher – I've just received by floor polisher - so far I've scrubbed my kitchen tiles. This machine is user-friendly, lightweight and does a great job. Being compact it's easy to store in my laundry cupboard. So easy to use - even my grandchildren "had a go". This company is excellent to deal with - good communication and super quick delivery! Compact - easy to use and does a good job
