Love it! – I bought this cooker in 2020 and am gobsmacked at the negative reviews here. All I can say s those people must have bought a faulty unit. I use this daily, cook breakfast on the stovetop every morning, and use the oven at least every second day as well. The only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is a minor design issue in that when you open the oven door if when the oven is hot & a bit of steam has built up, a blast of steam is likely to hit you in the face. Once aware of that,, it is easy to just lean back a little when opening & problem solved! Heating is fast, temperature is good, heat distribution is great. I still love it three years after buying.

Extremely disappointed and let down with this purchase – Bought this oven less than 12mths ago from Harvey Norman. Cooktop keeps turning itself off, or constantly beeping, even if you are just wiping it down. Oven builds up with steam then automatically turns off, EVERY time I open the oven door, even when set at 160 degrees C. Then last night, it turned itself off and displayed SAFE on the panel which we then could not get rid off. Could not turn the oven on, couldn’t do anything except change the time on the clock. After reading the book, trying to see if it had gone back into demo mode, my husband finally got it working again…. But it’s still turning itself off. I saved and saved and saved to buy this ‘dream oven’. Soooooo disappointed. I will be calling for repair under warranty. I have videos of it faulty. Can’t argue with that!
