Wetsuit Warehouse

Ordered 2 wetsuit jackets and received 2 dive weights for dive belts. WTH??! Called them and they asked me to resend the weights to the intended customer. But where was my order??! The correct order eventually arrived after 2 weeks. I was disappointed but they did eventually deliver.

Ordered a Peak wetsuit which was perfect however Adreno wetsuit arrived torn on the seam. Completed the return form and posted back the next day. No contact from the store, left 5 voicemails since they never answer the phone, their email address bounces back and none of their email links work. It’s been 5 weeks since I sent the faulty item back and have not heard a thing. SCAM! Don’t buy from this place.

Sneaking retail staff , claiming store credit behind customer's back – I bought the suit from Melbourne store then found out it was defective . Took it back to store and was refused to get a refund. They said they will claim warranty and give me store credit to purchase something else. The store then went behind my back and claimed the store credit without telling me. credit and i had to accept this same suit . I later found out that I did get the store credit from another staff by accident . I could have used it on another item instead of the bad qualify brand that they sold to me. This is very sneaky how staff handle things behind customer's back. Owner if you are reading this please review your operation.

Damaged parcel ,great Wetsuit !! – Package was ripped open ,package had been repaired by Australia Post ,Wetsuit warehouse need to use stronger packaging for wetsuits.Ripcurl dawn patrol wetsuit wasn't damaged ,but very creased.Fits great,true to size,I did have a issue with the tape at the neck ,extremely grippy,and clung to the inside chest lining ugh. !! Wetsuit looks nice on,haven’t used yet.Usually a size 12/14 bought size 14 .

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE – I bought a brand new wetsuit on the website Wetsuit Warehouse (O'NEILL) I used it for less than 10 times and it started tearing. I sent to Wetsuit warehouse some photos of the damage. There is no refund or exchange available, ridiculous. They offer me a free repair only, it means no surfing for at least 2 weeks. After 10 times in the water It opened a 20cm hole at the back NEVER buy again from Wetsuit warehouse and O'Neil

Sold product but didn’t have stock – Bought a wetsuit online, then called to ask about order status (after a delay) - and was then told they didn’t have the stock. Waste of time! Wouldn’t recommend.

Great Australian company – I found the wetsuit that I wanted on the website. No one else in Australia had them in stock. Ordered it and received confirmation of my purchase. shipping costs. All up under 3 days from order to delivery. I’d say that’s pretty darn good. I recommend to anyone.

made no attempt to contact me about it. Had I not chased them up, they would have kept my money, and I would have got nothing. They only offered me a refund when I confronted them. Now I have no time to find another wetsuit before Christmas. Very poor form, Wetsuit Warehouse!!!!

suit. Yet wetsuits are supposed to let a little water in etc. etc. but this was constantly letting water in through the back zipper.

I ask to return the suit and then I'm told that I've worn it in the water and will only get 70% of the price back and that I have to pay for postage on top of it. How am I supposed to find out that the suit leaks water everywhere unless I wear it and doesn't keep me warm or relatively dry at all. It's ridiculous that while they plaster free hassle free return etc. all over their website, their small print lets them escape from it all. DON'T BUY FROM ADRENO OR WETSUIT WAREHOUSE ! It's not free or hassle free return.

I'm stuck with a shoddy product or have to pay $75 to return it.

Great wetsuit retailer – Bought a wet suit and I got the wrong size so I sent it back for a larger size. They were fantastic to deal with and got it sent back really fast.

Quick and smooth transaction, including return – Bought couple diving items fro Wetsuite warehouse, the websuit has a cutat left shoulder. Email the shop and received response same day. The replacement received two days later with return label.

stupid mistakes, people tend to make it known! i didn't feel that once, all i felt was the whoosh of speedy service and my eventual excitement as i boarded the plane knowing i was fully kitted up. thanks for the love wetty warehouse!

Good item badly packed – The suit I ordered arrived promptly. It was a good fit and the right size. affect the suit in any way.But if you are unhappy you are welcome to return the item for a refund as long as it has not gone in the water." So In could pay postage and send it back, but frankly I couldn't be bothered. So 1) They don't care about packing properly 2) If you buy at the physical store you will be fine. 3) If you don;t want creases and return postage - just don't. They obviously know almost nothing about wetsuit care.

reliable fast and responsible – I've bought a number of different products from Wetsuit Warehouse and all of them have gone well. Solid website and delivery times, the one time i've had to call them I was helped promptly from a rad fella on the customer service line. Would buy again, would recommend

Great winter surfing gear – I came into your shop last Wednesday afternoon and was helped to buy a 4/3 wetsuit, boots and hood for my first winter surf. I went to Torquay on Sunday and had a fantastic day, probably my best surf ever. I was nervous about the cold, but did not feel cold for a second. The gear was fantastic. Great Price &Reliable Delivery – I have purchased from this shop a few times and found their pricing is great. Quick delivery. Sadly when purchasing clothing online, sometimes things don't always fit and paying to return postage is sometime not worth it. But overall, I found dealing with the staff to be pleasant and prompt Good Price Size Chart can be not so accurate

let air through? Actually when i wore it, it was like wearing a soaked cheap fleece top.I was freezing. I sent an e-mail detailing the situation, only to receive a thanks reply and that they hope i will be returning.

The thermal was $49 + return postage $9 and a red satchel.

You cannot buy from this company and expect a cheap transaction, especially if there is a slight problem like wrong size :(( waste of money and time
