absolutely awful in many ways. the product that I purchased had no size guide. so I ordered as per size / age ratio. when it arrived it was ridiculously small (no warning from wetsuit warehouse that this product was small sized). also paid for the extra faster handling - didn't make any difference. now trying to navigate through the very complex returns process - what a fkg hassle - do not shop from these people

Paid to jump the cue on Wednesday before 2pm but parcel had not left Sydney warehouse by Monday the next week so ended up going to physically pickup my order. confirming with their customer service on Monday that it is still at their Syd warehouse, I’ve had to exchange 1 wetsuit for a bigger size of which they now had none. We now have no time to look for another wetsuit so had no choice but to up-grade to a different brand, latest stock and still out of pocket $50! Crap service, disappointing for our environmentally-conscious family who view these as investments for the kids and all the water-sports we do. Not to mention that we do not live nearby (40mins one-way)… it’s quite clear that our time and hard-earned money is not worth anything to Wetsuit Warehouse.

Ordered 2 wetsuit jackets and received 2 dive weights for dive belts. WTH??! Called them and they asked me to resend the weights to the intended customer. But where was my order??! The correct order eventually arrived after 2 weeks. I was disappointed but they did eventually deliver.

Ordered a Peak wetsuit which was perfect however Adreno wetsuit arrived torn on the seam. Completed the return form and posted back the next day. No contact from the store, left 5 voicemails since they never answer the phone, their email address bounces back and none of their email links work. It’s been 5 weeks since I sent the faulty item back and have not heard a thing. SCAM! Don’t buy from this place.

Damaged parcel ,great Wetsuit !! – Package was ripped open ,package had been repaired by Australia Post ,Wetsuit warehouse need to use stronger packaging for wetsuits.Ripcurl dawn patrol wetsuit wasn't damaged ,but very creased.Fits great,true to size,I did have a issue with the tape at the neck ,extremely grippy,and clung to the inside chest lining ugh. !! Wetsuit looks nice on,haven’t used yet.Usually a size 12/14 bought size 14 .

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE – I bought a brand new wetsuit on the website Wetsuit Warehouse (O'NEILL) I used it for less than 10 times and it started tearing. I sent to Wetsuit warehouse some photos of the damage. There is no refund or exchange available, ridiculous. They offer me a free repair only, it means no surfing for at least 2 weeks. After 10 times in the water It opened a 20cm hole at the back NEVER buy again from Wetsuit warehouse and O'Neil

Sold product but didn’t have stock – Bought a wetsuit online, then called to ask about order status (after a delay) - and was then told they didn’t have the stock. Waste of time! Wouldn’t recommend.

Great Australian company – I found the wetsuit that I wanted on the website. No one else in Australia had them in stock. Ordered it and received confirmation of my purchase. Did not receive any notification that my order had been packed and sent. I sent them an email. Had response within 24 hours. Problem rectified and my wetsuit arrived that same day. made no attempt to contact me about it. Had I not chased them up, they would have kept my money, and I would have got nothing. They only offered me a refund when I confronted them. Now I have no time to find another wetsuit before Christmas. Very poor form, Wetsuit Warehouse!!!!

suit. Yet wetsuits are supposed to let a little water in etc. etc. but this was constantly letting water in through the back zipper.

I ask to return the suit and then I'm told that I've worn it in the water and will only get 70% of the price back and that I have to pay for postage on top of it. How am I supposed to find out that the suit leaks water everywhere unless I wear it and doesn't keep me warm or relatively dry at all. It's ridiculous that while they plaster free hassle free return etc. all over their website, their small print lets them escape from it all. DON'T BUY FROM ADRENO OR WETSUIT WAREHOUSE ! It's not free or hassle free return.

I'm stuck with a shoddy product or have to pay $75 to return it.

Great wetsuit retailer – Bought a wet suit and I got the wrong size so I sent it back for a larger size. They were fantastic to deal with and got it sent back really fast.

Quick and smooth transaction, including return – Bought couple diving items fro Wetsuite warehouse, the websuit has a cutat left shoulder. Email the shop and received response same day. The replacement received two days later with return label.
