Only use detergent specifically made for use in dishwashers. whether that is dishwasher powder detergents or Dishwasher tablets detergents.

hahahahaha best advice ? junk it and get another brand. This is the only dishwasher I know of [ I had one ] that rusts on the inside [ no kidding ] as well as the metal grey over coat flaking off to reveal the base construction. You wan the best advice - there it is

Yes it's not the greatest but guess what? My husband and I bought the $14.50 rubber seal and have now fitted it ourselves (we are not tradies)! I won't write about my experience with a local repair business who could not resolve the problem as they have paid back their call out fee after we complained. Hopefully we get a few more years out of the machine before we ditch it.

I get that error code on my Whirlpool ADP6000IX if I stop the machine after it has started filling with water or mid-cycle. leaving water in the filter well at the base. It must have a flood sensor or something similar that detects the water in the base. You can resolve it by removing the filter basket, using a towel to mop up all of the water in the well at the base, placing the filter basket back making sure it seats properly then start the machine (i.e. start a new wash cycle). Another cause of this error is the door not being closed tightly. My machine is around 7 years old so when I close the door, I do so with a little pressure to ensure it makes a tight seal. After dealing with this machine's foibles for that long, I'm buying a new dishwasher and it won't be a Whirlpool! Mind you, those little workarounds kept the machine going for a few years longer.

Hi Michelle, It is possible that the drain or hose is clogged. Empty the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher and then run a quick cycle with no dishes to flush the rest of the residue out. If the dishwasher still won't drain then there may be a problem with an internal component. Hi Ali, This Error code means there is an issue with the machine heating water for the duration of the wash or the machine may think there is an issue with the heating (Sensor). Please call Warranty Department on 1300 815 589 to organise a service call for your dishwasher.

Would that cause the water arms to stop spinning? Or am I looking at 2 different issues?

Mine did this also, Sorry But We Had a Technician In To Have a Look, The Heating Element Had Gone & So Had the Pump, He Said It was time To Buy A NEW One.. & We did Buy a New Machine.

I think ours was the same but the heating element went after that, so we had to buy a new one, and the new AEG gets up to 65deg Celsius. Love ❤ Lexie
