White King Powerful Cleaner

This, my friends, is what saved us $750 in plumbing costs – In my previous reviews, I have stated we had plumbing problems in our ensuite toilet as it makes gurgling noises whenever either toilet is flushed. Although I have no knowledge of plumbing, I thought most of the pipes must have to meet up somewhere. This had me thinking as I was brushing my teeth with the tap running, I could hear a slight gurgling but this time it was more around the shower drain.

I have been using Drano on both basins plenty of times hoping that would work but I would get slow drainage quite frequently. What I haven’t tried was the shower.

So I bought White King Powerful cleaner. It was only $4 at my local Woolies. This was my final attempt before giving in and resorting to the plumbers which I would have to fork out $750 for their jet pipe cleaning. That’s a lot and they said it’s not guaranteed to remove the blockage.

So last night, I emptied about 1/4 of bleach down the shower drain. A few seconds later, I could hear what sounds like something dissolving. So the fingers crossed, I hoped that did the trick. I left the room and waited 10 minutes as stated on the bottle.

Came back and dumped a couple of bowls of hot water down the drain. No gurgling sounds. Did the blockage finally disappear?

I flushed the toilet and Lo and behold, no gurgling sounds!

White king has saved me wasting $750 on plumbing services which I never needed in the first place. Cheers!

OK – I brought White King powerful cleaner after we had plumbing problems and needed something to not only get rid of the dirt stagnant water smell but also to hygienically clean the floors where the water had been sitting. Easy to use. I just directly squired the liquid on the concrete brushed it over with the broom to spread it evenly (thick bleach) came back in around five minutes then rinsed with water down the drain. It removed all the stains and left a slight lemon scent. It also cleaned out the drains which removed the lingering smell. I have since used on the floor tiles, cleaning out the rubbish bins, cleaning the toilet and cleaning other drains. Found at all good supermarkets. Fairly priced. Easy to Use. Worked well. Fairly priced. Fumes can be a bit strong in small areas
