Beware of online shops that don't let you pay via paypal where you can get your money back – I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. My first order took over a month to arrive, one didn't fit so I sent it back for an exchange at my own cost. I processed a new order which I paid in part, and used part store credit. dishonest company – don't purchase from them. quality is poor for the expensie price point. poor fitting swimwear that isnt made for ocean. tried to intiate a return and the po box given is questionable. no reponse from white sands. tried to reach out via email and no response. comments on socials get deleted. i'm down over $100

didn’t respond and sent it anyways. I found out through my own research that it was taking 7-13 days from halfway across the world and I won’t get it in time. No contact number for them. They finally responded a couple weeks later with a very rude response and said when I receive the package I can return it. Update - once I received the package I immediately emailed them and asked to return it. Several times. They ignored me. So much for a return policy.

SCAM! – SCAM! Do not order from them. They will charge you, send you a tracking number then never ship the item. I've reached out to them via social media and email, filed a claim with usps and reached out to Australia post and have continued to be ignored. They have not refunded me or sent me the swimsuit I purchased. This is a scam to take your money.

delivered almost one month ago. I have sent 10 emails and have received 0 response. Had to have any credit card company step in. BTW, we're talking about an order that was placed in MARCH and we're now in JUNE! Foolishly I placed a new order instead of doing an exchange and, surprise surprise, it's been one month and my order hasn't even shipped yet.... such a shame because their swimsuits are great.

hadn't even sent the package and it was over a week since my order! And no the site didn't advise anything about "made to order" or any kinds of delays.

After receiving the items, I opened the box only to see the colour was nothing like that shown, described or listed on the site. I sent it straight back (all 3 items were still in their original packaging with tags attached so the owner could easily re-sell them). I paid extra for tracking as well. The products arrived to a distribution centre near White Sands. They were notified by myself and by Aus Post several times, however, they chose not to collect them along with choosing not to respond to several emails I sent them over the period of a month. The order was then returned to sender. I had to send them back a second time. During this process, I was in correspondence with the owner who advised me that I couldn't have a refund. I had read their terms and knew that I was within my rights for one. She told me to check the terms page again, I checked the following day only to see that she had changed the terms on the page only to avoid giving me a refund! The products were also poorly made, they looked like something my grandmother put together on her sewing machine at home. There was no padding in the tops, the price was extremely high for the quality. They obviously aren't doing very well as a business if they can't afford to give funds back for a product that can be re-sold. Please spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
