Fantastic customer service for my online order and quick delivery.

I told them not to use startreck. This company dose not listen, produced not that tasty or strong and price =.street price not medicine price . I ordered a week ago startreck do not come to my town they pass it onto Australia post . Or past packages been tampered woth or missing got refund from cannertrect.im disappointed with staff / postage esp if use startreck when my profile says use Australia post only . Nightmare. My order.sitting in tin sheds country post office no a/c I want refund as product with be damaged or tampered with . Im not young .

Wholelife?, more a lack of zest to serve – Attended Pharmacy on 5 December after attending Dr. In muscular pain, I chose to keep moving whilst my 7 prescriptions were filled. I returned around 30 minutes later, to collect my filled prescriptions. There was a man having his scripts filled, then a lady received advice. Only then did I become aware that not one of my 7 scripts had actually been started, half an hour after I had left them. The pharmacist gave the standard (I've been to a course) "I'm sorry that you feel that way.", not a heartfelt "Sorry, other people came in so I served them first." Back to Chemist Warehouse I guess, where you always wait, but at least it's cheaper.

Disappointed customer – I would not recommend this store. I ordered online and they sent me a product that was different to what was advertised and imaged. When I contacted customer support, they said I was not eligible for a refund because “ For this item, we don’t specify particular colours in the description, and as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, product images are provided for representation purposes only. This means the actual product may vary from the images displayed on our website”.

However the image was a specific colour and they did not advertise there were other colours.

Customer support was very unhelpful, at least they could have provided a refund, however they declined to do this.

I do not recommend this store.

Well Worth a Browse – Redland Bay Wholelife Pharmacy is located in Stradbroke Street Redland Bay it is under Woolworths access is from Stradbroke Street or from Woolworths undercover parking. The Pharmacy carries a huge range of health and wellness foods…including gluten free treats..biscuits..cake mixes..gluten free frozen meals..meat pies and ice cream. They also stock a range of juices and health drinks. The have an impressive range of vitamins. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful… The pharmacists are Knowledgeable and always willing to help and answer any concerns one may have. They carry everything that a chemist is expected to carry and so much more… The shop is large airy clean and bright,a nurse practitioner has access to a private room in house and attends twice a week They also have a visiting Justice of the Peace
