Excellent service; excellent product – Leigh and the team are great. Purchased a Fratelli Onofri 1000mm 6 burner 'Evolution' range (anthracite) and it is awesome. It was a display unit but arrived in perfect condition - very well protected. The only bad experience was the Toll delivery guy. He was pathetic and simply dumped the 130 kg range in the driveway leaving my wife in tears: wouldn't even wheel it in to the garage!!! But anyway all this was outside the control of Wholesale Appliances so back to the review.

Both the Fratelli ovens are simply awesome - stainless steel elements and they cooks perfectly: temperatures are so precise and everything comes out superbly. The gas burners are top quality: we converted it to bottle gas until the town gas was put on in our street and then converted it back to town gas. It took the plumber about 30 minutes to change the jets and the do the adjustments and he said it was the easiest he had ever done.

The whole unit is top quality and the doors stay very cool to touch. I have since compared to supposedly similar ILVE and Smeg and they are not even in the same league as the Fratelli.

We would not hesitate to use Wholesale Appliances again: very trustworthy and honest to deal with. Quality of the product. Excellent service from Wholesale Appliances Nothing except for the extremly poor service from Toll transport

Great product and service – We were so happy to discover WholesaleAppliances.com.au and the frateilli onofri brand. We were about to purchase and ILVE, which would have cost almost double when we cam accross this brand. Leigh, the owner of wholesaleappliances.com.au, was a HUGE help. We cannot say enough about the service we received before during and after the sale. We love our stove and would happily work with this vendor again. Beautiful applicance and great service
