Wholesale Timber Flooring

Do not use!!!!! – Read these posts carefully. This company takes no responsibility for any of its work. We have the same issue of cupping floor boards, and they refuse to answer or respond to messages......

Very bad experience, would not recommend – I engaged Wholesale Timber Flooring to install a new blackbutt timber floor in our new house in 2012. At the time I was not happy with the installation at all and [name removed] was very rude but I paid for the floor so I wouldn't have to deal with him again. One year later, the timber boards started to cup and some boards even lifted. I contacted [name removed] who was not interested in knowing about the issue.

Three years on, the floor is very drummy and it is obvious a large portion of the boards have come away from the floor.

We are very upset and will most likely have to remove the entire floor and have it reinstalled.

Please do your homework if looking for timber flooring!

Excellent Service – We used Wholesale Timber Flooring to install our brush box flooring throughout our home and their knowledge / service was first class, a stand out compared to all the other trades we dealt with during our renovations. Worst experience ever!! – Wholesale Timber Flooring started to lay our floor and left without finishing th job leaving us with a half finished cupped and unglued floor. The proprietor [name removed] assumed no responsibility and left us high and dry. Now we have been told his layer was at fault and [name removed] will not return our calls. I would not recommend Wholesale Timber Flooring to anyone and since talking around I find many others are of the same opinion. provided me with lots of firewood! laying quality, quality of wood, staff attitude
