The quality of my fly veil is outstanding. It stays off my horse’s face and, even after 5 months of 24/7 wear, it has never collapsed onto their eyes. My horse is clearly very comfortable and happy wearing it. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for creating such a perfect product for our horses.
Absolutely love Wild Horse Australia. Easy 5 stars from me! ⭐️ Everything I’ve tried so far has been really good quality and feels well made. I am the owner of many race horses and have used wild horse fly veils for years. Horses are always so comfortable and happy to be wearing them. I love that they aren't made of cheap and nasty PVC.
Love this brand so much. Has helped my horse with super bad itch. Customer service always so helpful with any questions I have regarding the products and what will work best for my horse.
I purchased a Fly veil F25/45 super secure. Total waste of money, chin strap broke on the first day. Customer service would not supply a replacement strap or buckle so I could repair it. I have never experienced a company that do not stand by their claims!
Very poor fitting fly veil – Bought cob fly veil last year. My horse always wears a cob size. He has a very normal nice shaped head. I did steam before trying it as I was confident it would fit. they wouldnt take return as I’d steamed it… which was my error. She suggested I get large or have one custom made. I’d tried a friend large, it was too big I’m now trying to sell secondhand offering buyers try it first. I am writing this now as I’ve now heard I’m not the first to have had poor customer service due to poor fit of fly veil.

Saved my horse! – I recently rescued a very high withered skinny itch ridden horse and was not sure where to start. quality and cut of the rug is impeccable to the point where her wither sore has almost healed (different cut then normal rugs where it doesn't sit on the wither but in front of it instead-ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT) And her itch has cleared up amazingly. She has also stopped rubbing on every surface of the paddock so the insect control must be working! I could not be happier with purchase and have since gone on to purchase rugs, fly veils and even some leg protectors for all of my fur babies (they even have stuff for dogs!!!) ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! – I recently purchased a fly veil through this company -could not be happier with the quality and fit on my horse! Was not sure which size to go with and ended up getting one too small, the team at wild horse had no issue exchanging my fly veil and were super lovely and helpful on the phone. Looking at purchasing a rug next as i have heard amazing things about the insect control.

Terrible Sizing & Fit – I bought 2 of these fly veils, in pony and cob sizes, which my horses always wear. Both barely did up around the head, the Velcro overlapping less than 1 cm. was also able to try the next size up on the pony as well. Unfortunately it was such a bad fit, it would be no use either. It's not just sizing, it's the entire pattern they are using. Small at the top of the head, huge round the nose. The large size round the nose is compounded by the fact that they are so long, the Velcro does up very low down on the head.
Size chart links on website, do not lead to size charts. I mentioned this when I initially emailed my concerns and asked for the size chart, but it was not provided. Online only stores need to do better when it comes to providing sizing information. They are still retailers, and subject to Consumer Law. Increasingly I find that horse related businesses seem to be the worst at this!
I have sent photos to seller, who says their fitment department says steaming will fix everything. How will steaming enlarge the fly veil in some places, and shrink it in others? I double checked, and as I though steaming will mean they cannot be returned, so I won't be doing that.
Just not good enough for the price of $53 each, plus postage. Even if I end up being able to send them back, I'll have lost $30 in postage. They have stated they only offer store credits, so I guess my choice would be more items posted back an forth that are equally bad sizing?
