Brilliant to deal with. Went out of his way to wrap the windchime and include a hand written note of what my partner said when he ordered my voucher.

Lovely product but not value for money – Website was very user friendly. Delivery and customer service was excellent. I purchased a Koshi wind chime. When it arrived it was a lot smaller than my expectation but still quite cute. I was disappointed that for the price I paid for it there was just a twisted fragile looking short cord and a small ring at the top where you would hang it. There’s no hook of any sort so you have to go source a hook to attach to it. I’ve got it hanging at the edge of my pergola where it gets plenty wind flow but it hardly moves therefore not much chiming happening. I must say that when I give it a bit of a nudge the sound is amazing… just wish it would work and at least have a bit more thought put into the design especially considering the price point. Unique Wind Chimes and Excellent Customer Service – I bought the turtle and crane bamboo chimes and love them, the sound is exactly as recorded on their site and they look and sound great. The main reason I came on here though, to it seems create the first review about this site, is the customer service. It was as good as you could ask for; one of my chimes had some minor cosmetic damage and they offered to replace it, postage paid. But then in the end, they said just keep it we'll send you a new one.

Can't ask for better then that from a shop, so if you want windchimes, buy from them, you'll be happy. Giving them 50 stars, well done :)
