Brilliant to deal with. Went out of his way to wrap the windchime and include a hand written note of what my partner said when he ordered my voucher.

There’s no hook of any sort so you have to go source a hook to attach to it. I’ve got it hanging at the edge of my pergola where it gets plenty wind flow but it hardly moves therefore not much chiming happening. I must say that when I give it a bit of a nudge the sound is amazing… just wish it would work and at least have a bit more thought put into the design especially considering the price point. offered to replace it, postage paid. But then in the end, they said just keep it we'll send you a new one.

Can't ask for better then that from a shop, so if you want windchimes, buy from them, you'll be happy. Giving them 50 stars, well done :)
