Windows Tech Double Glazing

Double Glazed Windows - Best Product, Service and Value – Our sea-facing timber windows had rotted. After looking around and hearing patter and promises from other suppliers, fortunately we were recommended Windows Tech Double Glazing by another tradie. Very grateful for that as the project was a bit complicated and covered 6 double-glazed windows, all of which Alex measured up perfectly. Then we sat in the office with Ana who is very talented with producing quotes based on designs agreed with the customer. She's a whiz on the CAD tools to make it easy to understand, make changes and agree specifications.
Our job included 4 upstairs and 2 downstairs windows, including a large upstairs bedroom's 3-part window with a large shutter on it which would have cost us $2000 for 3rd party to remove and replace if Alex had insisted on installing from outside. He problem-solved and saved us that money, and perhaps an extra day's installation costs. Alex found a solution to install from inside the room instead. Worked brilliantly with minimal disruption to us and no debris to clean up.
Usually Windows Tech Double Glazing estimate they can do 5 completed installations in a day. They worked so hard and smart that 6 were completed and secure in a day.
Alex is also a very good project manager with a quality focus end-to-end on a project, so he is across everything from specification, manufacturing, to installation logistics. No matter what, Alex always turns up with a smile and a joke.
He even came personally on a weekend to check all was ok and to install the anti-bug screens for us. He works like a trojan, including during pre-Xmas to satisfy every job he's taken on, and his installation team, in our case Linas and Vlad, work fast, efficient, clean and friendly.
I'm pleased to say that my end-to-end experience with Windows Tech Double Glazing has renewed my faith that there are still successful companies with total customer focus.
So I'm writing this on a 40 degree day in Melbourne, in a home that was baking last summer. Now I'm working without air conditioning on, much cooler, blocking out the sound of the nearby sea ski operators. Tonight when the wind changes, I'll be able to go to bed leaving the downstairs windows on tilt for fresh air, and still feel secure overnight. In this mode, rain doesn't seem to get in through the top open aperture. Another benefit is no flies buzzing around the kitchen and no mozzies in the bedroom.
I also know that with the uPVC windows, they won't rot or need external maintenance.
I have already recommended Windows Tech Double Glazing to multiple interested friends. And I expect to be calling Alex back to measure up windows on the other side of the house.
