she deserves a mention, also as she has helped me through a lot when dealing with my vehicle. Jackie and Richard a great as a team they get things done, they both think about the customer first and they always reassure you that things will be OK. Five stars to Jackie and five stars to Richard thanks guys would deal with you both any time. Both easy to deal with. Went to WAG a little while ago and had a horrible and rude experience. I have bought and traded in over five cars with WAG. I inquired about a trade-in figure for a yellow MG 5 Essence that is two years old with 12k on the clock and was told by Oscar that he would only pay $12,000 which quote "was a fair price" for a trade-in. yellow was not well liked by customers despite having a yellow MG 5 in stock at the time retailing for $32,999. Understandably, I called out Oscar as the Red Book was quoting $12,500 to $16,500 and Oscar stated I was being rude when I questioned him. I was offered $17,000 for the trade-in of my former MG ZST Core - go figure. When I got home, I called a internet dealer who offered $16,500 trade-in straight away. Additionally, I emailed the Principal of WAG and MG to complain and have received no reply from anyone. WAG has lost a long-term customer.

Absolute shambles - Started in January - warranty repairs on work ute. Not done !!! Booked in again but took three months to call us back another two wasted days where husband cant work then this week again 3 days and only one of the two things done. WTH this is absymal service never answer our calls never call back. DO BETTER cause this is going to Consumer affairs. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Started out as a bad experience with old service manager and apprentice destroying my car and after 12 months of run around still not fixed. New service manager Rob starts at the dealership and has the original problem and all the interior that was damaged by the apprentice fixed within weeks. I've had are quickly sorted. As long as the dealership keeps this sort of customer service and quality of work l would definitely buy another car from them.

Everything went to time & exactly as planned – Had a good experience with my first service here, therefore decided to get duel dash cams installed by them. Poor service centre from the start – Over 30 minutes waiting in line to get car in for service. What a stupid process to park in two lines and wait for somebody to come out, take your details and go over the same crap again. You need to do better.

Michael Celik was 'my' sales person but I had limited contact with other members of the sales force too. Without exception my questions were answered accurately and I was treated politely and with respect - something that doesn't always happen in these situations! week out from christmas break. The items delivered were packed to ensure no breakage or lost in transit. The products were genuine & correctly p/n I have just purchased more identical products for another vehicle of a family member 1/2021.

get some warranty repairs done 3 mounts of me calling them they just brushed me off only when I got Head office involved is when something started to get done but we’re very rude the car went back 4 times for the same repair to top it off they dented the car and didn’t tell me even the owner wasn’t very helpful I would NOT recommend Windsor auto Group to anyone very very disappointed
