Wiremoney

DO NOT USE!!! They will frustrate your life – I sent money to Nigeria since on 21/01/2023 but till this date (over 3 weeks), the recipient has not received the money yet. After paying and sending the money through their mobile app, few hours later it notified me that the money has been sent successfully and has been processed successfully into the recipient’s account. Days later the recipient did not receive any payment. I made complaint to WireMoney about this issue and they asked me to provide the recipient bank statement as an evidence, and I did. All checks and accounts number and names were in order, but still yet no funds received.

WireMoney has since then not given any explanation or information about where the funds was sent or update about my case. They don’t care and would never follow up on the case, instead they will send you a “copied and paste” message over and over again that they will give feedback when it’s received. There is no timeline or refund. In my case they also send me a message meant to another customer, this is to show how incompetent this service is.

This caused me to miss a deadline and lose a lot in the process, so if you need to transfer money to Nigeria, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY USING THIS SERVICE.
