Stay away – We were pressured into buying a property with a SMSF. This option should never have been even presented to us given the funds available and our ages. Also forced to by very very expensive insurance policies that were not required. 5 years later the property is worth 90000 less than we paid for and we are out of pocket over 160000 Please don’t purchase an off the plan property and use you super Our retirement has been ruined by these people

Huge losses after 11 years – My partner and myself purchased a property with the WIT GROUP in 2010. We paid $242,000. "You will double your money in 10 years and build wealth" you claimed. In 2019 BEFORE COVID the property valuation was $190,000. We obtained two recent valuations in December 2021of $160,000 and $200,000.

No Integrity – Just sold the apartment for 332K nine years after we paid 435K Great advice WIT, how this company is still operating shows that the industry watchdog is a toothless tiger and companies like WIT can still operate without any morals. There are some great financial advisors out there that do work in your vested interest but give this mob a wide berth.

Investors beware! I'll stick with shares – Such an unprofessional experience with this property group. Six & a half hours held hostage in a stuffy office whilst they determine the maximum amount I can borrow and proceed to present three properties for me to buy for property groups they represent. No education on investing in property or determining my risk profile. Then they charge you a hefty fee for the process.

Stay away – 9 years property is worth $110,000 less than we paid, rent has still not achieved their day 1 prediction, their answer try and get a better interest rate, that have no comeback and don’t care
