We were very happy we were able to get a 20 year loan which was very close to our previous 30 year loan. David also said he would provide us with $3,900 cashback upon staying with him for 2 years.

Throughout the process David was very responsive to both phone calls and emails. He is also very proactive and would call and/or email if he needed anything from us.

I was surprised how quick the process was. We had refinanced once before and I remember it taking longer. I initially contacted Dan at the very end of September. The process was over by October, so it took less than one month. He was very efficient.
