Sorry Mark can’t help you but doesn’t surprise me. I joined the annually paid Every Day Rewards only to find they had outages the day of my big shop.so no discount & no bonus points. Tried many times to contact customer support without luck and stores were unable to help either. Good luck

I am a member, but woolworths rewards does not have my email, so how can I get the app, also there is no number on the card to even refer to, have had the card for a few years now, thought it would be useful to get the app. We just scan the card when we shop, not knowing how to works, when theres no physical number to see. I'm pretty sure you can scan the card to the app too. Otherwise you may have to contact customer service. Good luck with that

I thought I had an everyday rewards account but when I go to login it doesn’t recognise my email address so I tried to join up but then it says there’s an account already linked to that same email address?? It won’t let me reset the password. How the heck do I get a working account if it’s telling me I don’t have an account when I do?
