excellent customer service
I would like to compliment 2 staff members from the Chullora Woolworths store and would appreciate that they be commended for their mannerism.
today 26/02/2021 as i was shopping in the store a jar of tomato sauce fell from the shelf ,as i was trying to reach for another flavored jar, smashed to the ground and sauce covered my jeans , shoes and feet. i was utterly overwhelmed and almost in tears as I was full of sauce and couldn't even move. The first staff member to approach me was Sandy, I was later told she was a long life employee, not sure ...Read more

many eating options inside and outside the shop
One of the best we have in brisbane. Not only you can shop in Woolies, you have so many eating options inside and outside the shop, easy parking.

Chinese products
Why do Woolworths stock items that are “Product of China” and market them under the Woolworths logo. The item went in the bin, not sure about hygiene practices during growing and production processes
Will now have to read every jar and can label. Very misleading. Would leave a zero star if I could. Not happy.

Meat section Failure
Our local WW used to have an in house butcher, No more. All meat is now processed at WW head butchery, packed in plastic thick enough to cut and use as knives, the meat quality is poor and if you happen to buy a product with bone in it , be careful as the saw used , splinters of bone scatter through on more than one occasion. So no more. Interesting that they charge 15c for a plastic bag to help the environment and then pack meat in plastic thick enough to slice your finger. Anyway , bad move WW and until changed back to local butcher Im out.

Excellent and way in front of the others
Have converted to Woolies now. Are far superior in customer service, freshness off the more expensive mince, nice cold air conditioning and overall choice. They are building more supermarkets in my area. They are way out in front of the others

Rye store terrible.
I am hard of hearing and took a number at the deli and waited in the seafood section.
I know they called my number because i saw the next number on the screen. I told them i was 3 and mustve missed it because i was on the other side to them. A customer made the point the number was called, and i said they probably did, but i never heard it. All i got was attitude and a 'well its not our job to make sure you hear us'. Despicable. Absolutely not necessary to speak to me like that. And when they passed me the $50 worth of prawns i bought, they n...Read more

FIX YOUR LABELLING
I recently bought a 12 pack of coconut drops. What I got was 10 jam drops. Obviously staff can't count or even put the correct label on bakery items. If selling as jam drops there should be 14 in the pack so have been ripped off there

I have a medical reason and do not require a mask, the store security guard asked me what my medical reason was.
The store security gaurd then said he needed to see a medical certificate. I told management and two men backed the security guard saying I had to leave the store because their store laws require mandatory masks. They first failed when they thought they were above the law. Secondly a privacy breach was broken, and thirdly when the security guard came at me with aggression, all on CTV footage. management does not wish to correct the matter, they supported this behaviour, I will no longer be giving Woolworths my business. I am part of the Rye c...Read more
ommunity and work with approximately 50 people. Word of mouth is a gift or a curse. I can't see that security guard will have much of a future, Woolworths Rye, VERY DISSAPOINTED in how you handled the situation. On a positive note, I have been supporting the store for 18 years and I think some staff (excluding management) do a wonderful job, the girls are so pleasant to chat to at the check outs and they do great job, they already have better people skills than their superiors.Similar opinion? Not how to start your day!
Bribie Island Woolworths we find woeful! No interest addressing customer’s concerns re:Sanitiser stations at entry and exit, being consistently empty and wet wipes for trolleys left in a pile not a container and a mess from customers trying to detach only one. As we shop early at seven am one would think these should be fully stocked! Obviously not on the Management Radar. Get your act together Woolworths! Try and show some due diligence for your customers wellbeing during these testing times of COVID-19. Certainly not the ‘fresh food people’...Read more
either everything spoils so quickly after purchase. Register staff, although friendly, not trained in packing groceries correctly, again a management issue. We will NOT be shopping here again but going to IGA, a pity that Coles are not on Bribie as they appear to set a good example that Woolworths could learn from!Similar opinion? Never any available at Ashgrove
I have been trying to use my points at Ashgrove for over a month to pick up some containers . Management have no idea when stock will be available. Extremely poor Woolies. And they send an email saying limited time available what a joke.

BAGELS SMAGELS
First Woolworths changed to an inferior brand of Bagel, this happened some months ago. The replacements were ok but not as good as previously. I consequently bought far fewer. Yesterday I now see they stock only Woolworths own brand. Their appearance did not inspire much confidence but I thought I would try them. Nope, really bad, taste the same as a normal white bread roll. I ate one and threw the rest away, that's how bad they are. Not sure what makes a Bagel a Bagel but this isn't it, not even close.
No more Bagels for breakfast, very disappointing.

Woolworths Opalia (Melton Sth)
Great new store in Melton. Excellent selection of vegan and plant-based goods with a good stock of tempeh which is difficult to find in my area due to a lack of heath food stores. Woolies fills this void very well! So far I have experienced courteous customer service at this store.

Container scam!
I have accumulated over 140 credits and I have been searching / ringing stores to see if there are any stock. Woolworths should enable online redemption - have spent thousands and now worthless credits. It's ludicrous

Why is there no glass containers in stores to be collected want to claim my large container

Woolworths won’t answer you they just take our money and issue container credits that can’t be used as there are no containers in there big container scam
I agree with David, it is basically a scam by Woolworths. They may have had a little stock of the glass containers last year, but by now there appears to be no stock anywhere in Australia. I contacted the ACCC about this, listing it as "Other Scams". Although it may seem trivial, I encourage others to contact the ACCC. You can do so anonymously if you wish.
Agree 100% jsljustin, Woolworths the great Australian company scamming there customers, can’t wait as it is only a matter of time before a flood of overseas supermarket chains grace our shores see how they go then , Have a look at what Woolworths and Coles have done to our dairy industry let alone all there other suppliers
