I would actually now after 20 years of no service and nothing but hassles with this company not even 1 star. DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO BUYING TIMESHARE. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about you as an owner. This web based company has a website that has basically never worked in the 20 plus years. So you have to ring and get someone who basically knows nothing about Timeshare in the Philippines. You cannot be transferred to Australia which as far as I know is against Aust Consumer Law, you cannot sell it, and when you are too old or injured to use it, it is just tough and you still get to pay the levies for the rest of your life. It is cheaper for families etc to do their own apartment bookings instead of wasting so much money on a product which is a rip off. They will come back with 'Sorry to hear you have had issues' but do nothing to rectify them, EVER! I'm still waiting on a call back from 3 years ago, which was the response from them when a complaint is made. They monitor sites such as these frequently but do nothing and just give lip service that they will. Over $1400 now in fees. Anyone can get a self contained unit anywhere in the world for a week at that price and I know because I travel numerous times a year - not with them as it is too hard. Waste of my money and time.
Follow-up · There is no way of transferring/exiting the credits unless you die and leave them in your will. Maybe you can sell them via internet sales platform but lose whatever you do. The annual fees on 14,000 credits is around $1400. The fees would have paid for all my accommodation in Europe!
