Hi, I recently had a warranty issue with my WORX whipper snipper model WG183E. I called WORX and a delightful lass by the name of Nicola answered my call. I was just out of warranty, but fortunately, I had taken out one of their extended warranties at the time of purchase. I normally don't take up these warranties, but this was such a good… Read more
deal--I'm glad I did. Nicola attended to my concerns, and within a few short days, a suitable replacement arrived at my door step. I have a good collection of WORX products from their battery mower (about 8 years old and just a great piece of kit) their battery chainsaw (just brilliant!); cordless drill and battery powered angle grinder--all great reliable stuff. In taking my initial call, Nicola was just brilliant. Lovely to talk to; respectful and so thorough in her knowledge of the company's products. Wonderful, wonderful service from someone who cares about her customers.
Don't bother or waste your money – Don't bother or waste your money - have been trying to get either a replacement or refund for a faulty item which stopped working properly with a few weeks after I purchased it since all back in 2021. Getting absolutely nowhere with customer service. Trust meave yourself the hassle & headaches and just choose another brand Show details
Poor Service would not recommend – Worx can be a great tool to have at the the price it sells for, but there is a down side. Worx constantly change their product within a short period and some product you may have bought do not supersede. go onto ebay or Amazon and they will sell what you need but it is from another country and Worx have gone with a different battery system in individual countries. This means you will need to purchase after market battery adapters to complete you tool kit. I am a person who has always been a Makita man and I still am at my home. But I also like to try other brands like Milwalkee, Dewalt, Ryobi and Ozito, these brands I also cannot flaw. However, I have another property in the country and have many tools from Worx that I was happy with that is until they made these changes. I will now off load the Worx tools due to this issue. I am so disappointed.
