I have a worx landroid robot mower. I have just set it up after the winter. I tested it and it worked okay so I turned everything off and turned it on this morning and it has an error code saying Ext. Mcu Error updating fw failed. Does anyone know what that means. I don’t have it connected to WiFi I just turn it on and off manually and it’s always been ok

I have a Worx Landroid WG794E mower approximately 5 years old which I purchased with its original home property in NSW Southern Highlands mid 2021. Mower has worked reliably until mid 2022. However it now will not lock into the charging station, it goes in normally but is immediately rejected. If the battery is removed and given a quick charge through the transformer power supply to the base station, and then replaced in the mower, it will go through the cutting cycle again, but then be rejected again from the charging station. How can problem be fixed???? Stuart

Suggest that you factory reset it and re-tune to your wifi

I have a WR 147E.1 my wifi is weak. I can install a better router or i can instal the radio link. But what do I get more than automatic updates? Are there more functions avaiable or is for the same in an other way?

The robot mower is a life saver for me with my 1000sqm Sir Walter lawn. I love to not having to mow manually in the hot and steamy Brisbane climate. I couldn't live without the robot mower anymore. However, I have to say it needs quite a bit of looking after. Basically the default wheels lose traction after about a year and you need to buy upgraded wheels or spike rings that can be screwed on<a href="https://reviewexposed.com/best-robotic-lawn-mower/">.</a> Even then the mower will sometimes drive over the wire and needs to be manually restarted.

I bought my mower from Robot Lawn Mowers Australia in Brisbane, Underwood. They provided me with a 3 year warranty and excellent service. Recommended!

How is after service of Worx Landroid ? Any issue to claim warranty repair ? I am in Sydney, any service repairing center in Sydney ? If there is warranty issue, do I need to pay postage fee and send back to Victoria Wrox headoffice ?
