their ABN and saw that they company has changed names many times (WYLD CUSTOM, BEDMATE HQ, MADE HQ, FREAK IN THE SHEETS, WONDERLAND HQ, BEDROOM FACTORY, RIDE ON WORLD, OH MY MATRESS). I bought 1 year ago and they don't even have a number on their website anymore to call. Terrible business, terrible quality bed. Do not buy.

Promised delivery in a month. Sent me generic correspondence saying that the business had changed owners, and they were doing their best to provide my bed. Gave me an option for a refund that was never processed by them. After time without any response from them. I had to arrange a refund from my bank. The bank wouldn’t process the refund unless they made their own investigations on this business. Wyld Custom will most likely respond to this review with a generic excuse. Don’t be fooled.

Do not buy! – This place is a scam. Same experience with the other reviews below. We purchased the bed in August 2023 and had promised the delivery by September. Now it’s March 2024, they still haven’t replied to us or even giving us refund. We have contacted our bank to process charge back and we hope it will work. We recommend everyone to go to their bank for support.

finally get in contact with them they make promises they can never keep, miss deadlines or have short copy and pasted answers.

I was originally told the end of November, then the first week of December, then the following week another response saying their has been further delays and now I’m not even getting a response as to when this will be completed.

I have left voicemails and never received a call back, booked appointments for a phone discussion with someone which never called. This place is a scam and I am in constant panic that my $4000 has now vanished. I have no idea how this company is running and how they can treat people like this after taking their money.

After reading the other reviews its so disappointing this has happened to so many people and if I do not hear back from them regarding my order I will have no other choice then to also report them to the ACCC. Please anyone else considering ordering something be warned STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!

DO NOT BUY from Wyld Custom or any other company under the WyldHQ umbrella- do your research!!! – Ordered a bed in August and paid a 50% deposit ($1033). Received email next day stating they had received the deposit and confirming my bed/fabric choices. from me and no clear answers- just more automated emails/AI stating that my message was received and they would be in touch. Another email end of Oct to say "hang tight and your bed will be with you in 10 business days". Still nothing. Finally a phone call meeting was booked for yesterday (12/12) after multiple promises for call backs had not been fulfilled....and guess what? They never called! Sent a final email to them last night advising that we are fomally cancelling the order and request a full refund (which they have offered in previous emails if we did not want to wait), and I have reported them to the ACCC. The company is wyld HQ which is also wyld custom, bedroom factory, oh my mattress, ride on world and wonderland. I would be wary to order from any of these fancy websites as you will be waiting and wasting so much time trying to follow up on a product that you probably wont receive. Very disappointed! We've been sleeping on the floor with our mattress for over 4 months while we wait for a bed frame that isn't going to arrive. I will update this post if I receive a refund.

UPDATE: Received a refund request form on 15th December 2023, filled it out straight away and finally received a refund through PayPal but couldn’t access the money until 30th Jan 2024, and got charged PayPal fees so received slightly less than what we originally paid. A very long process but happy to have received a refund.

Do not buy from this company - extremely bad management – I had originally placed an order in May for scheduled delivery in September. After constant contact over the past few months I still have not received my bed and they do not provide proper updates. They do not pick up the phone and they do not reply to emails.

I fear this is a SCAM! Non- existent communication once paid money – After receiving the swatches and some email correspondence regarding bedframe design I ordered and paid for half. generic responses or responses that appear to be AI / Chat GPT generate. They simply do not respond. After reading other reviews about this and what appears to be a related company called Bedroom Factory I can only assume this is a scam. I also had my credit card defrauded within days of paying so likely it's all related. This company has failed to prove it is anything other than a scam or that they are completely incompetent which makes me gravely concerned about the quality of the product, if it ever arrives. So at the moment i've paid $900 for fresh air and my credit card to be hacked. Hard to see it being turned around from here. If I don't receive a refund or genuine proof that this bedframe exists or a legitimate tracking number I will be reporting to ACCC and other relevant authorities given the numerous other similar experiences I have read on this and other review sites.

new Instagram so I messaged them 25mins after they posted. No answer of course! $1400 bed and I'm absolutely disgusted. I'm afraid they r going to rebrand to Wyld HQ to get rid of their bad reputation. Don't be fooled by their fancy website. I asked for a refund 6 weeks ago and not 1 reply. I have made a complaint via PayPal. They also said my payment didn't go through and I sent them proof. No reply or accountability of course. Cost of living is so high and now I'm sleeping on the floor and still $1400 out of pocket.
