DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY – As stated above, I was promised a refund 3 weeks ago. Instead I got a ridiculous and rude email from the owner pissed that I gave bad reviews. What do you expect when you steal peoples money!! This company needs to be shut down. I have contacted the appropriate agencies to get my money back as the customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced
Absolutely TERRIBLE item never came – Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I’ve used them before in the past over the years and haven’t had an issue with my items coming. I usually only buy the two sisters brand from there because I know it’s good quality however, brought a dress recently for new years and missed the cut off. It’s now the 10th and I have no dress, no reply from customer care, no response to fb and Instagram messages. There’s no number you can call.
I’m now having to dispute the charges with my bank to show they took my money and have done nothing to assist me. They haven’t new said they will look into it.
I don’t understand how companies can take your money and think it’s okay without providing items.

Horrendous experience – Clothing looks nothing like the photos and the quality is terrible. I received items with holes at the seam and even clothing with mismatched arm lengths. They said they will refund as the products were not up to standard but I have not received any correspondence since. Bad Quality Clothing! – I bought a lilac dress off Xenia Boutique not too long ago and I was super excited as I was going to wear it as my formal dress and when it arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. stuck with them. When I try to reach out to them in time, to ask them to help me check where my parcel is - all they give me for an answer is: look with your local post office if the parcel is there. How?! I have no information about the parcel and where it is!!! They suck! And I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from you.
Our experience over time with Xenia – My partner and I have shopped here for years and we love the whole experience. The clothes are always changing and when I am looking to buy my partner something the staff always help me and make a normally frustrating process really fun. As a bloke, I normally find it hard to shop for my loved one and a big shout out to the crew there for all the help. She loves the clothes and I love the service.
Extortion – I bought 3 dresses online, each according to the size charts. 2 came malformed and unwearable. Xenia customer service told me I had to personally pay ($35 US) to have the items shipped back to them, if they weren't satisfied with the items they wouldn't accept them, if they accepted them I would only get store credit, and if I wanted the items… Read more
back after that I would have to pay $15 for return shipping. So, buy the dresses for $$$, pay for shipping to me $$, pay for shipping back $$, only get store credit so I have to pay them more $$, and/or pay to get back my worthless items $$. Customer service did not help at all.
