fault of mine and also my business partners and all of the people on the internet that are also unsatisfied and he is far too busy to think about them or deal with me and then hung up while I was talking.

I have been importing and exporting for almost 30 yrs and NEVER met such a RUDE man.

I called them on 12 March 2018 to check the status of cargo and the lady answering the phone said that I should only come to collect the goods once I've heard from them and that the container was expected to be un-stuffed on the 13th. again, they sent me the delivery order so I went to collect the goods on 16th March 2018.

I was told the cargo had incurred storage as 3 days had expired. Apparently the day the cargo was taken out of the container was day 1. So if your cargo arrives on day 1 and you have one free day then that is the day. What a weird logic.

I had to pay otherwise they'd hold the cargo to ransom and go on charging storage.

The lady who I talked to was rude and condescending. She was not willing to talk and just went inside when I asked how the day the goods arrived could be day 1.

One of the worst experiences I've had in clearing cargo.

I should have been emailed pre-arrival and arrival notices on arrival of the goods however this did not occur. accept responsibility for not contacting me, and were extremely rude. Their partners at swift customs are also extreme rip offs, and would not let me cancel my customs clearance with them after being informed of their outrageous prices, as well as forcing a hold on my cargo for two days, meaning that I was forced to pay $200 per day storage costs, on top of their ridiculous courier charges. They clearly have errors with their communicative systems, and their staff are just downright rude. Never be involved with them~

'Rolling' responsibility! – I imported some cargoes to Australia. XLI is the receiving agent in Perth,WA. The operation manager did not notify me on the availability of the cargoes. I had to call them to find out when I can pick-up the cargoes. I went there straight away after knowing that the cargoes are ready for pick-up. ne of the cargoes was damaged. payment I found out that one of the cargoes was damaged. I asked the operation manager to help me to claim the insurance but he insisted that it was not their responsibility. Then I wanted to leave the cargoes in their store for another 2 to 3 days to solve out the insurance claim. However I wad told that there will ne storage fee. Earlier on over the phone, I was told that I have 3 days to pick the goods up. As I went to pick the goods up s sure hope others ate not like that.traight away after finding out that they are available, I should have another 3 days before storage begins. I was mightily upset but have no choice but to take the goods home hoping that it will work just fine. Unfortunately some parts were damaged. That has given me a share of Australian rudeness.
