Stress free move!! – Thank you Lindsay and Maj for a really stress free move. I moved from Brassall to Yarrabilba and they were on time, worked tirelessly but with great care. Not one item damaged or broken. Great communication!
Very Happy Customer – FABULOUS service. Lindsay and darren who are in office, superb. 2 young fit friendly competent REMOVALISTS carefully removed furniture and house hold into truck.Negotiated a difficult driveway. 5 stars outstanding. Honest, time efficient, Nothing was too much trouble.
Best Removalist Ever – Excellent service,i had a small move (2 bedroom apartment) but xtreme movers team looked after me Friendly professional boys. The boys are harworker, quick and being on time. i would highly recommend.
Best Removalist – We moved Few months ago from Brissy to Cairns, and can not thanks enough for two guys who were exceptional and did an amazing job for us. We move quite often due to work nature but this time we had the most easiest and stress free move these boys were like machines. I have found my Removalist :) Show reply
Terrible, lacking in care, poor communicators, DO NOT USE!! – We moved from Qld to Vic. 3 bedroom house. Not one item removed from the house was wrapped in a blanket (or any sort of cover) & you could definately tell on the other end. Every piece of timber furniture we own has scratches on it and our concrete table top is chipped in multiple places. Multiple boxes (we packed ourselves) were damaged to… Read more
the point of being useless & remarkably only one item packed in a box was broken. We were belatedly informed we were going to be charged for making the drop off date different to the pick up date - I spoke to [name removed] on the phone & told her of our need for this & she didn't bother to tell me there would be an extra fee. Terrible communication from the company, they never responded to any emails or phone calls after we paid our money. No phone calls from them to let us know when the pick up would be. Total radio silence after the move. DO NOT USE! It is far cheaper to use a reputable company than have to pay for your own insurance & then have to claim on it due to their complete lack of care.
Very poor communication – 3 bedroom house from Townsville to Gold Coast, late Jan 2020. Very poor communication. Had to leave work and drive 45mins round trip to let them in because they were unable to pick up before work. Phone calls from multiple different people who then didn't talk to eachother. Had someone trying to shift blame onto me, saying I had told them the… Read more
wrong drop off date. Then someone else called and read the correct date (that I had told them originally) off our delivery slip. Initially told our delivery would be delayed 24hrs as a result, then pushed to the next morning, then to the next afternoon. Lead to us driving 2hr round trip (from family whom we were staying with waiting for furniture) to the property multiple times in preparation for delivery which didn't occur for days. Told by one person that the furniture couldn't be delivered because the owner of other furniture in the truck missed their flight. Person the next day said this wasn't true. Don't know what to believe. Paid a lot of money for multiple inconveniences and a lot of confusion. Guys on the day seemed nice but not a business I can rely on. Would not use again.

Hardworking boys – On time, speedy, very very friendly, helpful with ideas about organising the room, and at a great price! They were an absolute pleasure and truly made our move so much easier and smoother than expected. I cannot praise them enough - they were the best movers we've ever had. Thanks guys! Show reply
Disgraceful part 2 – Owner [name removed] had agreed to pay me back $200 a fortnight and has only paid $200 since September. because i wont take the review down, they won’t pay me anymore. They were suppose to refund me $700 due to being conned by their workers and having our furniture trashed with some unusable. I hope nobody has to use this “business” go with someone reputable.

Disappointed – 2 bedroom unit to move into house. Meant to move in on the thursday. Wednesday i did the long drive to get my old car, some stuff in & leave me cats so they weren't in the way on thursday. Wednesday i tried on several attempts to contact removalists. I get am email from wemove to say who my removalists were. I started panicking as i saw reviews.… Read more
Around 730 Wednesday night they called saying I'm not moving until friday. They said it's not their fault it's the offices fault for booking it. Few excuses for it. Truck broke down was another. Also said they knew early Wednesday morn they couldn't do it. Hello.... Ring the client to tell them straight away. It stretched my move out. So only this weekend finished cleaning the unit in which I'm now to pay extra rent. Thanks guys!!!! My daughter travelled thurs to check the cats as they were stressed. Manager called. Don't think they get the whole communication problem they have or that if they have overbooked just knock back a client before accepting. So they deducted some money off my costs. After remivalists left i went to set up my microwave. It was rocking. Fairly new microwave too. A friend was here & noticed the bulge in it. My microwave not only rocks now, but the underneath is bulging, and side caved in. So, if you drop an item why not tell us? I understand i may get something scratched but to ruin my microwave & not fess up? So, again contacted xtreme removals and they said they will refund me $50 for it. Excuse me the microwave cost over $200!!! What about extra rent i had to pay for the delay? Also before you reply with this is false reporting, THIS is NOT false. I have the proof & willing to post. Honesty is the best policy. Still waiting for that $50 that won't cover a new microwave. I've had brilliant removalists in the past. You're my first bad one. If you want clients, start upping your game or hire new removers.

Late, slow, damaged my stuff, didn’t answer/return calls and refused to refund. DO NOT HIRE! – Hired these guys after being referred by hipages to move my 2 bedroom unit. Worst experience ever. They had the cheapest rates and I found out why. They were initially prompt to respond to my queries and questions and then emailed me to say that they had booked my move before I had even engaged them. After I paid the deposit they went quiet. confirmation of the job until I contacted them to confirm. On the day of the move no one showed at the designated time. After waiting 10 minutes I called all 3 x numbers (one of which said it was disconnected) but no one answered. I finally received a text telling me that the office was closed and how could they help. I replied that no one had showed up for my move. A little while later I received a phone call from the driver saying he wouldn’t be arriving until 1 hour after the designated time. Once they arrived it looked like it was one of the guys first day and he was getting constant instruction from the other guy. They just looked at my stuff as if they didn’t know where to start. I was also surprised that they didn’t bring any ramps to load the truck. They then proceeded to very slowly take stuff out to the truck. I then watched them drag my custom fabric lounge across the rusty railing which left brown stains on it. They then rough handled my fridge down the stairs, then tried to dead lift it into the back of the truck. It was then that I witnessed them drop the fridge from 1/2 metre off the ground. I rang their office and explained to them what had happened and how unhappy I was and how bad their service was. They were apologetic. Shortly after, I received a phone call from their office asking me if the guys had bought ramps with them. I told them no and that I was surprised and was told that they should have bought ramps. At the other end, because of the damage to the bottom of the fridge from the rough handling/drop one of the wheels had broken off and the fridge scraped the paint off my new floor when being put into position. Whilst the fridge itself works it is now lopsided because of the damage sustained by these guys. They then damaged my wall and balustrade when taking my lounge up to the second level. On the day they offered me a $50 discount for their slowness and told me to let them know if there were any issues with the fridge. I called all 3 x numbers (one of which said it was disconnected) but no one answered so I left a message to call me back on each of the voicemails that weren’t disconnected but I never received a response. I then contacted hipages to try and get them to rectify the situation but was advised that they were unable to get into contact with them and had therefore suspended their advertising. Hipages advised me to contact the office of fair trading which I did. After trying to contact these guys via phone and email fair trading finally received a response via email. In their response Xtreme Movers accused me of making false claims and have refused to fix the damage or give me a refund.

Worst experience - Do not hire! – I booked a move from Brisbane to Melbourne for a one bedroom apartment earlier this year. My fridge, TV cabinet, large decorative lamp were significantly damaged, and other items had minor scratches. I was happy to overlook a lot as the boys who had moved my items were very courteous and apologetic, but came to an agreement with the owner for at… Read more
least $250 reimbursement to partly cover changing the fridge door. Despite the truck driver and owner accepting their mistake, I never received any compensation. I texted and called for months which was an entire waste of my time as the owner kept lying that he will get to it. I am now making a complaint to Consumer Affairs, and would highly caution anyone thinking of using this company as not only have they been incompetent, but also entirely dishonest with me.

Would not use again – I booked a move through a broker from Sydney to North Queensland. The broker used Xtreme Movers. Communication was non-existent from the removalists, and I had to make several calls before I either had my call answered or message returned. Even though I’d paid the broker for my move, Xtreme Movers threatened to not complete my move if I didn’t pay… Read more
them directly. I was told that [name removed] would be picking up my goods on a Thursday between 2pm and 5pm. [name removed] never arrived, and a different company turned up at 8:30pm, called me and asked me to carry my things to their truck and load it myself - not the service I paid for. They also didn’t have any of my details other than phone number and pick up address, and couldn’t tell me who had booked them. My furniture was meant to be delivered on Tuesday morning between 8am and 10am, but I would get a call on the Monday night informing me of the actual time frame. The call never came, and when I called to ask, I was told that my furniture would arrive at 8pm Tuesday. The reason for the lateness was, ‘the person who was meant to have their delivery today is running late so we’re going to wait for him tomorrow afternoon so he gives us a good review and then we’ll drive to you’. When the truck did eventually arrive, there was damage to a large amount of my furniture, a number of boxes were crushed with glass items smashed, and everything had been dismantled and put in a single pile - all cabinets, desks and bookcases were the same colour and material, so it was difficult to reassemble and we were told that the removalists couldn’t help to re-assemble the goods that they took apart. If you’re looking for a company who don’t communicate, aren’t punctual, and don’t care about your goods, book with Xtreme Movers but I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again.

Terrible and everything are destroyed!! – We have household contents (one bedroom unit) relocated from Cairns to Brisbane. This company has delayed my contents for 7.5 weeks. Once my stuff arrived, pretty much every single item has different degree of damages, lounge legs missing, coffee table legs broken, bed frame, bed side tables have scratched and dented etc. No apology and excuses for delay. Absolutely terrible and worst experience ever!!

Late arrival, attempted extortion, damaged and missing goods. About as bad as removalists get – I wish I had seen the reviews first (the ones where they respond by saying that every negative review is a lying customer). We were moving approx 40 cubes of our household furniture across state. -Arrived a day late with no communication -Tried to extort me saying that my load was larger than it was (I had to get a tape measure out and prove the… Read more
size of their truck, it was 45m³ and they were saying it was 65m³) -Broke, damaged and lost a whole pile of our furniture and items, then said the damage was our fault and that it was damaged when it was packed (because who wouldn't pack antique chairs in a truck with their legs snapped off...) -Only delivered half the goods and didn't even tell us that until we were asking where all the missing items were. Other half of items arrived days later and we had to take the day off other tasks to supervise unloading. -Scratched 1 day old wooden floor and claimed it was there already -Told us they were fully insured for any damage. When I went to claim they said it was an additional cost that we had "declined" -Still have some of our items and have refused to return (after admitting in writing that they have them) -We still have random articles from other peoples moves that they refuse to collect (nothing expensive, but that’s not the point), along with a bunch more that was identified and returned when they were delivering. -Boxes crushed, TV cabinet smashed, legs broken off chairs, scuffed and scratched bedframes, goods stored in such a hot container that the plastic has melted off a pile of our furniture and more lost and damaged items -Rude and arrogant to deal with -Tried to mediate through Fair Work Australia and they blatantly lied to them, making the only option to take them to small claims court (Too expensive so they get away with it). Please hire someone else, whatever you do. Don’t end up like us, seeing possessions you really enjoy owning arriving damaged or totally missing then having to deal with them getting away with it scott free as the system to regulate them is broken. And if they reply to this, or others, please observe how they blame the customer for every issue.

One of my easiest moves! – I couldn’t be happier with my move back to Brisbane. From start to finish they were pleasant and easy to deal with. I had a few more items that I originally was going to sell but changed my mind last minute (those damn sentimental things lol) they were more than happy to fit it in the truck so I didn’t have to leave anything behind, and Adam was… Read more · 1
more than happy to discount the extra cost for me. Will be using them again for my local move, once I secure a house here in Brisbane :)
Thanks team, for such a pleasant moving experience. Will be recommending you to all my friends :) :) :) speak soon!
If I could give less than one star I would – They were 2 days late to move us, with next to no communication and no apologies whatsoever. We had entered our inventory of items online and were quoted a fixed rate to move the 6 hrs to Brisbane. We then had less inventory than what we originally said, but they still added more than half the original "fixed" quote, sent us an invoice and refused… Read more

Poor communication – Booked this company months in advance with a confirmation message from the company immediately after I made the booking. I also confirmed my booking one week prior. After one hour had passed with no sign of the movers, I gave them a call for ETA. Instead of a call back I got a text message saying I had cancelled my booking during the week. … Read more
Thankfully they could fit me in the same day but 7 hours later. It meant we were unloading and unpacking in the dark. When the movers arrived, they also told me that they were told it was a 3 bedroom house. I did provide information previously stating it was 4 bedroom 2 lounge. A lot of information was mixed up so I’m assuming my booking was taken incorrectly. I was a bit shocked to realise I wasn’t going to get a discount for their mistake. Especially when it was something I had booked so far in advance and took work off for. On a positive note, I cannot fault the movers themselves. They were very efficient given the circumstances of them having to work a very long Saturday. If you do book this company, I suggest triple checking your booking with all the correct details.
Professional and Fast – I organised local move with them, easy booking process and communication was great, small hiccup on move day boys were one hour late,I started to stressed but when two blokes came started job I was so relaxed and happy. Boys Very professional and fast and my moved finished in 5 hours with no damages. Would definitely use again.

Thanks for the great move guys! – I contacted Xtreme Movers after being recommended by a friend who had used them previously. Awesom job – It was not a big move only few items, but i am very impressed with xtreme movers service from start to end, communication was good and especially Driver Lindsey and his mate Isaac were awesome.
Rude behaviour and totally unprofessional – I have hired them while i moved from Brisbane to Melbourne on 28th march 2019. I had a terrible experience with them. I found them very much unprofessional and rude behaved. Even they didn't bring 2 people as committed for loading/unloading. They did 8 of my furniture damaged. Microwave Oven got broken. The guys who moved me were polite at all times and friendly – Having said that.... Communication and more care with furniture is needed. Three pieces of my furniture were damaged. This is not a a professional group. What you get in text messages is not the same attitude on the phone (I didn't speak to Darren, it was someone else..) It cost me hundreds of $$$ more than I had in cash, which was $600. Think about that. Also, S***n wanted to keep loading even though I said it was enough.
