much lifting. (E-bikes can be heavy). When he suggested the Avanti foldable I hadn’t given it any thought. But after a quick ride, and checking out the specs I was sold. Came with lights, carrier, stand and central hub. The 20 inch wheels make it easy to ride. Folded easily to fit in my wagon. Since getting back on a bike, and figuring out how to use, I’m really hooked. I’ve ridden gravel roads and tracks as well as sealed roads. Handles steep hills and feels safe even going down hill at 40kmh. My longest ride so far was 30km including hills and gravel. Battery still showing 80%. So if you are looking to get an e-bike don’t overlook the Avanti Foldster, with Shimano battery and drive. So much more convenient and rides just like a full size bike. Fantastic service, quality repairs, knowledgeable staff – The staff here know bicycle repairs better than any other shop I’ve visited. Their staff are well trained, experienced and passionate. They support local clubs and are always happy to give helpful advice. Excellent workshop set up and great range of kids MTB gear as well as adults. Mix of staff ages and experience with a really cohesive team. A pleasure to deal with for purchases to repairs.
