They need to do their research – My daughter went through Yes Loans and was referred to Latitude Finance. Top service – Dealt with trent who was very professional and helpful and helped us get loan for bike. Always kept us up to date with what was happening and answered all questions we had. Dealt with alot of lenders over the years and he would have to be at the top of list. I cant thank him enough and would highly recommend

Worst ever – I took a loan with Yes home loans and end it up with bankruptcy because I am not eligible that much money with my income I have no idea how permanent custodians lend me that much money... poor communication rude manner when i called and left the message more than 10 times received phone call after 2 weeks now I am dealing with 7 years bad credit still couldn't figure out how Yes home loans on the market...

Terrible customer service – Spoke to [name removed] and he was very rude. Def not worth contacting yes loans! Zero customer service skills.!!!!! For someone who doesn't know much abt loans I would have appreciated some good advise rather than an arrogant person wish me luck rather than trying to assist me.

High rates – The rates offerd are similar to credit card rates so why bother much better to try your bank or building society

Yes Home Loans ceased trading in 2013. I think the advertisers on this page have made up reviews to draw attention to themselves. How deceptive. Showed up on time, did the chasing and kept us informed

Terrible – I called to enquire about getting a home loan and they were extremely rude. They believed because I did not have a home loan at present that they were in there right to treat me with no manners. skills!!!! Don't go with them. Something as important as a home loan you would want to be treated with respect and trust which their behavior does not provide.
