This is PERFECT for heavier people!! – I'm headed towards 60 years old now and this is my 2nd favourite mattress I have ever owned and/or slept on (and I've owned and slept on many different mattresses in my lifetime). 2) Because of back herniation injuries and arthritis I have throughout my back, and severe knee injuries of someone else needing a total knee replacement and a complete knee reconstruction on their other knee who also sleeps on the mattress. This mattress is wonderfully supportive and not too firm and uncomfortable to support all of those areas. It's also good for back, side, and tummy sleepers since it's not too firm. My only minor criticism of this mattress, and what would have made it my favourite mattress I've ever owned and slept on, is a bit more of a pillow top to give that instant sense of both comfort and support. This mattress make no mistake is definately comfortable there is no doubt of that. After sleeping on it for over 2 months now and never waking up with a sore back and no longer having trouble trying to get knees comfortable in order to sleep. However that added little detail of an effective pillow top would give that sensation of immediately laying on an immensely comfortable cloud all of the time and, and yet having full support in all of those important areas you always want to keep aligned throughout your body for an incredible nights sleep every single night (and this mattress definately give you that type of support). Don't get me wrong this mattress is definately comfortable without any doubt, my small criticism would just put the cherry on top to create the absolutely perfect mattress. And this mattress is darn close to perfect, and a good quality mattress topper can fix that small issue if people choose (I have chosen not to because the mattress is definately comfortable, it just takes a short bit of warming up to your body and then it becomes very comfortable).

3) Because of injuries & limited mobility we have become obese. And this bed and all of its extra springs for support is definately up to that job too!!

the body to aid in correct sleeping position, along with an industry exceeding amount of spring pockets and NASA quality memory foam (i was imaging it would feel like the Tempur memory foam, jokes on me) What could go wrong?!

We got the mattress and set it up, exterior material quality was fine, the memory foam felt like any of the other cheap mattresses we had previously tested (we got the pillows too) but both me and my partner noted just how firm it felt first lie. i weigh 92kg and i certainly didn't feel like my body was sinking in very far on the pressure points. My wife is only 55kg so it was even more noticeable for her.

We both woke up after a terrible nights sleep but just put it down to our body's getting used to a new mattress.

After two weeks we were both exhausted and sore every morning so i emailed Yinahla about our issues. They bluntly replied with 'Rotate it and let it soften, takes about a month".

We persisted for over two months in the end, yes, the memory foam top slightly softened but it didn't fix the issue, which was the the spring base was hard as hell and most certainly didn't allow any give at all, it felt like a soft pillow top on a super hard base. And every day we woke up feeling like we had slept on a old futon on the ground.

After the second email they just replied with "you could swap it for the copper Gel" which wasn't really helpful to us as the Visco flex was already an expensive mattress and the Copper gel was another $500+ and as far as i could see it had the same Spring base just with different pillow top foam structure.

I really wish this mattress was what all the reviews said it was, But it just wasn't.. no-where near in-fact. Sorry but its just not worth that price.

If you are set on it just know that these mattresses are very much a Firm choice.

Points for donating the mattress to the Salvation army and promptly refunding our money though.

experienced. Despite having different weight preferences, my partner (85kg) and I (55kg) find the mattress equally enjoyable. Yinhala's customer service deserves special praise as well. They provided excellent support throughout the process, with three phone calls dedicated to finding the perfect mattress for me. The delivery was prompt, and it's worth mentioning that they donate the mattress you swap to charity, which is truly wonderful. Overall, my experience with Yinhala has been exceptional, and I highly recommend them.

The Visco Flex has been the best mattress we've ever purchased. Period. So much so that whenever we stay somewhere, we find ourselves saying how much we miss our bed. Even some of the allegedly nice hotels we've stayed at didn't have beds this comfortable. The Yinahla has shown no signs of depression. The mattress is as firm as the day we bought it. As a side sleeper, I've previously experienced bad mattresses that make me wake up in pain. The Visco Flex is amazing for side sleepers. I haven't woken up with any pain since we got this.

We don't regret buying this mattress, despite how expensive it was. Invest in a good quality mattress, and I highly recommend Yinahla. I'm sure the other mattresses they sell are equally as good.

mean I laid on a bed that was made for astronauts, who knew astronauts were the supposedly most qualified judge of a comfortable bed. So after a full 12 months of my life trying beds and dealing with a bad back I finally cracked it. Read some reviews and laid down the credit card thinking I can return it if it doesn’t work.

The bed arrived and my dream of being an adult was coming to fruition. I bought the base as well and had an easy time using my adult skills to assemble it then the big event. The mattress was placed on the base, I stood back to admire it, I but the clean sheets and laid down with nothing but hope and a prayer it would be comfortable. I laid on my back, my side, my tummy and could not fault the comfort. The relief in the morning when I got out of bed and my almost 40 year old back didn’t scream and my knees didn’t pop is testimony to the amazing mattress. As the days have turned to months on my dream cloud I have added to my lists of loves - I can’t feel my husband move, it’s not too difficult to rotate, there’s no sink holes and most of all while o can now bound out of bed I just want to stay in it and enjoy the pure joy of a good mattress.

I absolutely LOVE this mattress!!! – I wanted to wait on reviewing this mattress as the first week I still had some back pain. stiffness, no lower back pain, no neck pain as badly I was suffering. I haven’t had to see my chiropractor in two weeks or so now. I was going weekly for adjustments. The mattress is firm, beautifully made, it is supportive and plush. It is the BEST mattress I have ever had. Most sincerely. The team member in the store I went into was helpful, the customer team I talked to over the phone were so kind, professional and courteous helping me arrange delivery. I am so thankful as I was on my own when delivery occurred. The delivery team were also lovely and kind and prompt. I will say I didn’t anticipate on spending what I did on a mattress, but you honestly DO get what you pay for. The craftsmanship is A+ on this mattress and the edge support is the best. I cannot say enough good things- but this is based on a month of owning this. I will have to see how the mattress wears over 6 months a year etc. I have no concerns because of the wonderful warranty with this company. And the attentive customer service I’ve received so far.

The other biggest bonus, IT’S AUSTRALIAN made!!! I will not buy anything from China etc ( I had been looking at other mattresses that were cheaper but then found out why they were cheaper they were made or parts were from China and assembled here in Australia) so I was happy to pay a bit more, to me completely worth it!!! Thank you for my mattress!! I wouldn’t part with it now!

Amazing comfort – Couldn't be happier with my visco flex mattress. It's very comfortable and soft. I sleep so much better now. Only downside is it is very chunky so standard king size bedding struggles to fit. I have bought other mattresses and pillows and been satisfied every time. The most comfortable mattress Eva!!! – The chiropractor advised my son to get a better mattress as he was having back issues. My entire family shop at Chiropractic in Braybrook so naturally I went there to purchase one. The staff were amazing, very patient and helpful. Pretty good mattress! – Excellent in the showroom, but after a year or so, the cushion top softens a little, so be mindful of that. But we rotate it every couple of months and it seems to fix that. I generally sleep really well. This is our second Chiropedic bed, the first one was awesome, lasted us 12 years and was still very comfy. I would definitely recommend these guys, but buy their top end stuff, it’s worth it.

Chiropedic have been my go to for mattresses for years and I won’t shop anywhere else – We bought the Cloud 9 Visco Flex around 4 years ago and the mattress is very comfortable and is showing no signs of wear. I have hip issues and can say this has been the best mattress I’ve ever used for that; it’s supporting but soft where my joints make contact.
