Perfect for my kids – Got two for my boys, and they're holding up a treat. No dramas, just a solid bed that does the job. Kids even had fun helping me out it together. Too easy. 5 stars from me.

Overpriced for a Cardboard Bed – 150AUD for a cardboard bed is indeed overpriced for no special features Positives: Sturdier than cheaper bed frames on that price range Easy unpacking and kinda easy to assemble as well Customer support Negatives: It's not that easy as it was shown to stretch out the bed, you'll probably need 2 people to make the process easier Terrible courier company chosen and the delivery time is not 1-3 business days, took 10 days for my bed to arrive and only after contacting the customer support multiple times
Purchase if you don't care for paying 150AUD and the negatives.

Pleasantly surprised – Delivery is faster than expected. Assembly is easy since i have carpet flooring. Has been working well and doesnt create noise during “rigorous activities”.

I truly apologize for the issue you faced in stretching out the bed. This is not a typical experience our customers face. If you need any more assistance at all, I'd be happy to personally jump on the phone with you to make sure you're sorted out and sleeping happily.
Regarding your experience with our courier, I have looked into this and can see that we dropped the ball here. For that I am sorry. I have made sure that the team have credited you with a 5% refund on the order for this inconvenience. Unfortunately in Australia, it's very hard to find couriers who will take large packages like ours for very cheap (which allows us to pass on free shipping to our customers).
